Did the 8 night cruise on the Freedom. The ship and all ports of call were great. Due a storm up north the snorkeling was not great due to limited visibility but no one can control mother nature. From the wait staff to the room attendant, to the concierge all were the best. Rebooked for April of 2019 on the Freedom.

First, let me say that my husband and I have taken 23 cruises. We travelled with another couple and overall we had a wonderful trip. Freedom is still a nice ship, is kept clean, but she definitely needs refurbishing. We had a junior suite which was larger than many we've had before and had a large balcony.

I turned diamond plus and wanted to celebrate on a cruise. The first not so good happened when we got to our cabin and the water and pop usually left for me was not there. It took three days, and the diamond concierge, to finally get it.

We choose Royal Caribbean because we know that we always will have great and friendly service.
The embarkation and disembarkation was incredibly fast to a point that we were surprised.
You can’t beat a balcony room. You always have a private place and don’t have to join the crowds on the sundecks unless you want to.

Royal Caribbean is top notch. Did the Sea Trek excursion in Grand Cayman and it was excellent! Love the evening Dining experience. We always meet the nicest couples at the set time dining table.
