I choose this Ship because my Son & his family were signing up for this Cruise & asked if I wanted to go with them. I said I absolutely would like to go. I had a very nice Cabin with a private balcony which is always a nice thing to have. My Room Attendent was very friendly & nice. I enjoyed the Souvenier Shops which had a variety of items if you want to buy a gift for your friends back home. The ...

Did the 8 night cruise on the Freedom. The ship and all ports of call were great. Due a storm up north the snorkeling was not great due to limited visibility but no one can control mother nature. From the wait staff to the room attendant, to the concierge all were the best. Rebooked for April of 2019 on the Freedom. The food was outstanding as we dined in the Windjammer and Main Dining ...

Staff was great, could not ask anymore from the staff. The rooms, hallways bathroom, elevators, railing, restaurant were all spotless. The ship was CLEAN and beautiful........ Wind Jammer dining on deck 11 was wonderful. Everything was hot, maintained. Associates in the Wind Jammer were going to all the tables filling drinks and cleaning...... Front desk associates professional, polite, ...

We chose this cruise line because we met friends from another country whom we met on our first RCC cruise to Alaska 10 years ago. It's an easy way to connect with them. We have cruised with RCC 3 times. If our friends had not been diamond members, we would not have chosen RCC this time. Last year, all 4 of us had a very bad experience. But this year was very enjoyable so we would consider RCC ...

Family vacations with our son and his family. The dining room personnel was excellent despite the quality of food average specifically for the first 3 days of that cruise. The stateroom was maintained very professionnaly. The guest services and the tour peoples was one of the worst I experience during all my cruises, no smile, no feedback, and they seems at the end of there contracts! The show ...

First, let me say that my husband and I have taken 23 cruises. We travelled with another couple and overall we had a wonderful trip. Freedom is still a nice ship, is kept clean, but she definitely needs refurbishing. We had a junior suite which was larger than many we've had before and had a large balcony. EMBARKATION was easy and we were in the Windjammer very quickly. It was busy (of ...

I turned diamond plus and wanted to celebrate on a cruise. The first not so good happened when we got to our cabin and the water and pop usually left for me was not there. It took three days, and the diamond concierge, to finally get it. Our room steward kept the room immaculate and made towel animals nightly. The few shows we went to were very good. The dining room food was excellent and ...

Here is our review of our cruise and adventures before and after the cruise. We have been on 4 previous cruises, 3 on Carnival and 1 on Royal Caribbean. This was our first time taking a cruise out of Fort Lauderdale. Previously we have been out of Miami, Orlando twice and New Orleans. Fort Lauderdale: Nice place, terrible traffic. But the weather felt very good after leaving the Midwest! ...

We choose Royal Caribbean because we know that we always will have great and friendly service. The embarkation and disembarkation was incredibly fast to a point that we were surprised. You can’t beat a balcony room. You always have a private place and don’t have to join the crowds on the sundecks unless you want to. We did excursions in St Kitts and St Martin. In St Kitts we did a ...

Royal Caribbean is top notch. Did the Sea Trek excursion in Grand Cayman and it was excellent! Love the evening Dining experience. We always meet the nicest couples at the set time dining table. Loved the ship but as frequent cruisers we are finding that the bigger the ship the more kids and kid activities. Cruises on a smaller ship is just as nice. When going to Cozumel and Grand Cayman ...
