Right from the start we had hassles. We did not embark 'till 19:30 (Correct Time)and as soon as we hit the deck we were harassed by three different staff members trying to sell us drinks packages and this is before we got off the deck. The ship is lovely, the entertainment is great, the service in the L'Approdo Restaurant superb, Sotto Vento Pub, great servers but very slow in getting service due to lack of help.
