Oh dear what a difference a few years make, not like no ago princess was one day of my two favourite cruise lines.
The cut backs are enormous, the majority of the crew need retraining in knowledge and service.
We had so many problems that were caused by poor staff and it took ages to sort out.

We wanted to visit at least 5 ports, and the Crown Princess had a good itinerary. The Crown Princess embarkation and disembarkation was very smooth and fast. No waiting at all.
