We chose this cruise for the 14 day itinerary without having to return to Ft Lauderdale as in a B2B. We are Elite cruisers in our 60s. It also had two new ports that we had not visited: Martinique and Trinidad. Was somewhat hesitant due to the age of the ship but really miss the true promenade that is not on the bigger ships.

This was our third cruise on the Caribbean Princess--first since 2017 ship's make-over.
The mini-suite was fine, and cabin service ok but not spectacular. Very sMmooth sailing to Columbia, Panama Canal, Costa Rica, and Grand Cayman. We chose this cruise for its intinerary. The ability to get to Bonaire, Trinidad, and Barbados appealed to our group. Plus the extended cruise was a plus. The ship was as expected the balcony cabin was much the same as before except felt the shower was smaller since refit.
