We chose princess this time to try what we thought would be a higher quality experience. We had a good time on the cruise as we chose to enjoy ourselves even if our expectations were not met. It was not a waste of money but it would have been better spent on another cruise line.
The cabin was standard and comfortable. The problem we had was a smell coming up through the shower drain. After ...
We always fly in the day of the cruise and never had an issue until this time. Thank goodness I use Princess Air to book. Our 7:30 a.m. flight was cancelled 15 minutes before boarding due to the crew being stuck somewhere else. We managed to get a flight to Tampa and then a prop plane to FLL. We missed muster so had our own private one at 4. We should have been some of the first on the ship ...
We chose this cruise because of where it was going and on the advice of our travel agent. We thought the staff was amazing food was great plenty of choices. Shows were really good. We will definitely sail with them again. They made our first cruise a wonderful experience and we expected alot. Can't say enough good things. The main areas of the ship were done beautifully and were very comfortable ...
The Medallion Program was rolled out when we boarded the ship, maybe on final test, but the results were life changing for frequent cruisers! For Elite and Platinum cruisers, unlimited internet was provided! The staff said this was temporary, but if Princess will continue with the program, it would definitely tip the scales toward Princess in cruise selection. Each room had an access point, and ...
The constant banging from maintenance which we have video, foul smell of sewage, problems with air conditioning being turned off and the front desk response to all the above was enough to never want to sail on the Caribbean princess again. We will do several more cruises, but not with them! Our close friend who is like family recommended princess so we took his advice but we were all disappointed ...
Firstly was a 10 day eastern carribean not 20 day Panama as stated above., the cruise in itself was an enjoyable holiday but only because I made it that, the food was pretty good on board the staff are all hard working and very pleasant , although storm Florence dictated the itinerary and we ended going to places I wouldn't have considered prior to booking but at least we all arrived home ...
This was my 5th time on this ship and 18th Cruise with Princess. Ship is recently out of dry dock. Still in great shape. They redid the buffet area and made it much smaller. They added a restaurant (Steamers) and (Planks Barbecue). Both are an additional charge for dinner only. This resulted in the buffet being cut WAY down in size. I didn't bring any formal wear on this cruise because the ...
First Princess Cruise and I was extremely disappointed compared to other cruise lines. I had always thought that Princess was just a cut above the rest but found that their cruises are just the bare minimum in service and performance.
First, let me explain that I have been on many other lines before and have paid less for more service and fun. This ships average passenger age was 60+ and quite ...
Having cruised previously on other lines, we thought we were upgrading to Princess for our cruise to the Eastern Carribean this year. The ship is satisfactory with many signs of wear including loose and missing tiles on the bathroom floor within our suite and rusted and degraded railings on our balcony. My biggest concerns come from the food and the customer service. The food on Princess is ...
Took this cruise for the ship (we sailed 3 years ago before the refit) and for the ports to be visited. The ship is in nice shape although it seems to be missing some signage. In the forward stair well in particular, it is difficult to tell what deck you are on and which way is forward or aft without going into the hallways to the cabins.
The buffet area has been redesigned and works so much ...
