Ports of Call were our main reason for choosing this cruise.
Ship was tired. Many unhosted events. Some of the guests were voluntary speakers onboard.
Crew service was brilliant in some areas and woeful with attitude in other areas. Many crew seemed as though they didn’t want to be there.

Chose this cruise for the ports. Princess cruises is usually our first choice.The Sapphire Princess had just come from a refurbishment which was great. Great itinerary, great staff, horrible in your face sales ploys. Princess has lost its way and has now totally conformed to the Carnival model of every square inch of the ship needs to be a profit center. Library is a joke.
