Wonderful service!

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Norwegian Spirit

Everyone on the ship was very helpful. Our cabins were more than what we expected and our stewards were just great! There were a lot of restaurants to choose from, some smaller than others but overall they all had good food with lots of different options to choose from. There were many different activities to choose from throughout the day; the freestyle daily information was critical to ...

Cost cutting evident, quality compromised throughout. Disappointing from NCL.

I chose this cruise so my sister and I could take away our Mum for her 85th Birthday, having previously enjoyed two excellent NCL cruises last year, both on the Jade (from Venice), and the Escape (from Miami). Unfortunately it was evident right from the start that Norwegian had compromised quality and service on this ship, with guest services and management disinterested and unhelpful, food ...

Very easy and efficient embarkation process. On board the ship within 30 minutes. We took this cruise because of our interest in its port of call Ship looks a little dated but clean. The quality of food was just OK but lacked variety ( even buffett ) and felt so repetitive. We did appreciate the FREESTYLE dinning. It provides the client the freedom of attire for comfortable dining. We also ...

Chose this cruise to see several countries around Rome without having to pack and unpack constantly. Went on 11 day cruise from Rome to 5 countries and enjoyed it all. The only thing bad was the service in the free style dining main dining areas. Reservations were difficult at best. Service was terrible in main dining areas. Of the 11 days, we ate diner only in the main dining rooms and got ...

Having cruised in the Med aboard Spirit a year ago we were sure we were on to a winner. We were on two back to back cruises departing June 8 and 18, but as far as we were concerned it was all one long cruise, sure to serve up a great deal of joy. How wrong we were! We arranged to fly in on the day and were a little concerned when our flight from Amsterdam to Rome was delayed by about 40 ...

We wanted a variaty of different ports of call during the cruise. Embarkation went very well and the staff were very friendly. Our cabin was 9698 on deck 9 and had a balcony. The cabin came complete with two single beds that were pushed together to for a large double. This is three cabins from the rear, with a unobstructed view. Our suitcases were stored under the double bed. There was ...

The itinerary was incredible. The only port I could have skipped was Sardinia. Would do the same cruise again to see more of all other ports. The Spirit is the perfect size ship for this jam packed itinerary. We didn't even have time for the pool. Got back for dinner which was exceptional everywhere except the Italian specialty restaurant. That was disappointing with so many Italy stops to ...

This was our first time on a cruise and the only reason we eventually decided to book was because of the port visits. The embarkation was seamless and the staff all incredibly friendly and helpful. We were in our room only an hour after arriving at port and we managed to unpack and settle into start our holiday within just a few hours of arriving. The ship itself is very clean and I was ...

We chose this cruise mainly because of the itinerary and were extremely happy with it. From Rome (Civitavecchia) to Livorno, Cannes, Marseilles, Barcelona, Palma de Majorca, Cagliari, Malta, Messina, Naples, and back to Rome. In each port we had a good amount of time to take a tour or visit on our own, shop a bit, have lunch, and often there were shuttles or you docked right near the town. The ...

Second cruise on Mediterranean and they stopped at ports we had not visited before and the ports we had visited before there were different excursions available. We combined cruise with time in Venice and Florence before the cruise started. The excursions had you walking down road because there was no sidewalks when for a minor cost you could have road a shuttle. I just felt that walking the road ...
