The ports of call were excellent and provided a busy schedule for us. Chose the cruise because of the itinerary and dates. Embraking and disembarking was from our country port meaning less hassle and less travel.
It s a free style cruise where you dress comfortably without any gala nights!
Language is English and really safe for kids. My son loved it and made use of the kids club onboard where staff take good care of them.

Loved the ports. Skipped pricey and crowded shore excursions for privately booked tours and independent travel. Able to beat crowds and no problem getting back in time. Favorite stops:

We chose this cruise because of the ports and it being close to home. We have mostly cruised on the monster ships, including the Epic. I was surprised about the Norwegian Spirit. It was very nice. The ship has a unique feel that is different from other ships in the Norwegian fleet.

Yes, its an older ship. If you look in corners you'll see it. It doesn't have the climbing wall or waverider surfing or big slides. The big picture though is better.
