1. Embarkation was easy, we were some of the first guests to arrive.
2. Once on board and able to enter cabin we found dust, our traveling friends found stained linens on their bed and a shower that had not been cleaned. It took several calls to have them correct the problems. Our cabin remained dusty the entire cruise, where could dust be collected at sea? I suspect either dirty vacuum ...
Service was GREAT! Pre-paid the gratuity thinking I didn't have to worry about tipping. Well that is totally wrong! The employees don't receive it! You still need to tip for all your services. Well I should say you don't have to, but the employees are so good to you, you feel you need to.
My room/bathroom was disgusting! They only run in and to change the sheets and towels! They do not do any ...
Chose to go on this cruise to share witt a very close friend, that we have enjoyed traveling with over several continents. The departing harbor was ideal,, as we both live in Los Angeles and avoided the hassle of airports.. Embarkation and disembarkation for us went smoothly . Have traveled on many cruise lines before I found that the activities for 15 days were linited. They should have had a ...
My wife and I chose to celebrate my retirement after 40 years in fire service with this 15 day cruise to Hawaii. Overall a great time with many dedicated staff members on the Carnival Miracle working to make it special. A special recognition to Joner our cabin steward. The ship was clean and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a balcony on the 7 the floor towards the front.
We only ...
Just back from a 15 day cruise to Hawaii. What a wonderful trip, the service on the Miracle was spot on! From the bartenders to our wait staff in the main dining room, we were well taken care of. Our cabin steward was amazing! This was a great trip and met amazing people. Jaime is an amazing cruise director and Brittney does a great job as entertainment director. The food was great and actually ...
the ship was very clean and the personnel were very cordial. the food had such a wide variety, and the pizza was so tasty. lemonade was available 24/7, the room was very well kept (thanks to Mel) and the halls/corridors we kept very clean with very few room service trays cluttering them.
there were numerous events aboard to attend, so time flew by. the weather mother nature left us ...
This was our first experience with Carnival . My daughter asked for a cruise for her 30th birthday. My only stipulation was no airfare, so that meant Carnival out of S. California . To my surprise she found one the day after her birthday . So I booked the Miracle . It happened to be the 7 day Thanksgiving cruise . (Lucky me , all the kids vacationing, lol) The cruise was great . All the research I ...
After 50+ years of avoiding cruise ship travel (like the plague), I finally broke down and gave it a shot... sadly, over the 2016 Thanksgiving 7-day cruise aboard the mid-class Carnival Miracle. As a seasoned world traveler with many, many weeks of destination vacationing and adventurng under my belt, I admit to being less than excited from the very beginning. However, as the consumer paying all ...
We were on this cruise for Thanksgiving, figuring we'd try something different from our normal tradition. It was great. We learned so much! We left Long Beach with smooth sailing, enjoyed exploring the vessel, had our first dining experiences on board at the Bacchus Dining Room (3 Aft) with Enrique--we requested his tables the rest of the trip! We went to a show and GOT ON STAGE!! Hilarity ...
We have been going on a cruise for Thanksgiving for about 9 years now, always Carnival, mostly like the Spirit class ships, this was the second time on the Miracle. It was awesome, we had a great time, and will likely go again next year.
Smooth off and on the ship, our cabin was nice and our steward amazing (Deawa) We don't typically participate in much of the organized activities, so ...
