Jacques Pepin is the chef who drives the food on this cruise. Enough said, in that it was excellent! Service was almost one to one ratio, so you can imagine how that feels. Oceania Regatta was our choice because of the size of the ship, the itinerary, the length of the cruise, and the reputation for excellent food. The cruise delivered on all fronts.
The restaurants, particularly Toscana, were excellent. I haven't had so much foie gras in years -- always in a different preparation each night.
