Amazing tour of beaches

We choose this cruise because it went to Ponce Puerto Rico. We had met people on a previous cruise a few years ago that lived there and said it was a beautiful city. We were not disappointed - old restored architecture, a beautiful square with fountain, lots of restaurants - some shopping. It is not at all touristy and you get a much more authentic Puerto Rico. You dock at the commercial ...

Have gotten so we like the longer cruises and this one was just the right length and got to see some new islands and some that we hadn’t seen in a number of years. Had a few disappointments like not opening the diamond lounge so more members could attend. I realize they now have 3 drinks loaded on the card but it just isn’t the same. Unless you are in the lounge, you don’t have the camaraderie ...

We liked the itinerary - 2 days at sea at the beginning to relax. Then six port days and two more days at sea to relax before going back to the real world! LOL. We had been on board before and knew what to expect. The layout of the ship is easy to manage. We had been to most of the ports before. Grenada was a new stop for us and we found it interesting. Joined a group from here who had ...

The cruise was good, but this ship was not great. The balcony’s were not cleaned during our 12 days on the ship. We did not have small bottles of shampoo in our stateroom, when I asked about it,our stateroom attendant said he would speak to his supervisor, when I spoke to her,she said those are only for people with 340 points?! Really!! We did not have robes in our stateroom. The food in the ...

We were looking for a lengthy cruise in the Caribbean that visited multiple ports. This eleven night cruise met all of our expectations and provided great service, great food and plenty of time to relax and tour the islands. The service from the dining, bar crews and room attendant was exceptional. Our regular servers and attendants knew us on a first name basis and were very quick to remember ...

WE CHOOSE THIS CRUISE TO CELEBRATE OUR 20 ANNIVERSARY, , This was a cruise leased by Royal Caribbean, and that's why we took it because we have traveled 5 times with them and we know their service. Loved the off road adventures in St Lucia and Barbados

We have cruised several different cruise lines and like RCCL the best. We like the size of the Serenade. We had a great time overall. We love motor sports so the off road ATV adventures were perfect for us. We chose an inside cabin as we have been to these ports numerous times and didn’t feel the need to have an outside view. Our wait staff in the dining room were excellent and the head waiter ...

Great crew, lacking in lunch variety and entertainment

My family did an 11-night Caribbean cruise with two other families. We made up about a quarter of the kids on board! All of the crew was attentive, upbeat, and eager to please. After halfway through our cruise, we barely even had to tell our waitresses what we wanted to dinner - they had learned our preferences and told US what we would want from the evenings options! Lunch in the ...

This was our 3rd time on this vessel and it was very enjoyable. Being a US Master Mariner Unlimited I take vessels very seriously. I find the RCCL vessels to be very well managed in all aspects of the sea. I am also a Deputy Maritime Commissioner and look at Safety at Sea aspects of the shipboard life in accordance with the International Maritime Organization Conventions/regulations, ILO and ...
