Very very small ship needs a huge update. Hopefully they will fix the issues cleansing and update disability Lyft to work.

Different but very interesting

We chose this cruise for its interesting itinerary. We weren't disappointed. Embarkation: Singaporean efficiency at its best. KO SAMUI: Tenders take passengers from the ship to the wharf at the town of Ko Samui. From there you can get a taxi to take you to either Fisherman's Village or one of the other beach resorts on the North coast of the island. We paid THB 3,000 and were taken to ...

Interesting cruise but some issues on board ship

As we have sailed three times recently on the Summit, a sister ship to the Constellation, we were looking forward to seeing how they compared. They are both, what would now be considered, elderly ships but in our opinion Celebrity have done a pretty good job at keeping them well maintained and looking in good shape, we also continue to be impressed with the standards of cleanliness on board. ...

Too much noise, too expensive

We chose the cruise because we were interested in going to Vietnam. We had reservations about going on an American ship and it did have some of the problems we anticipated. The worst was the incredibly high price of drinks etc. £10 for a pint of beer £40 for. A reasonable bottle of. Wine. The entertainment was excellent and food average. The Cabins were adequate with. A good shower. The worst ...

We booked what we thought was going to be the holiday of a lifetime , sadly it was far from it. I emailed Celebrity to complain and tellingly despite 2 reminders I have not even had the courtesy of a reply let alone a substantive response. That should tell you all you need to know about this cruise company. My wife and I were passengers on the Constellation cruise out of Singapore staying in ...

Interesting ports, embarkation in Abu Dhabi was far too long waiting and checking of visas. Confusion with check in on number of Sri Lanka visa copies needed but no one asked for them at any time. Food in Tuscan not worth the additional cost. Plenty of room on the ship and a relaxed atmosphere was enjoyable and the food in Blue along with staff was excellent. Entertainment around the bars ...

Our first Celebrity Experience and last!

We choose this cruise ship because of the itinerary and was at the time of year that we wanted. We had never travelled with Celebrity and thought we would give it a try. The menu was average. The ship had the "cave" feeling. Dark and old. The specialty restaurants were average and not worth the money. There was NEVER a complete meal that went without "something" wrong. I don't like being ...

Just returned from Abu Dhabi to Singapore via India. Where do I begin. Firstly with the good. Food in the main dining was good and varied and our waiters were good. The guest speakers -two were excellent and the third should have been left in Abu Dhabi. Ednalyn who was our concierge was brilliant such a lovely cheery soul who could not do enough for you. Now the not so good:- 1. ...

Underwhelming Cruise

Having enjoyed a superb cruise on Celebrity Eclipse 4 years ago, we were expecting a similar experience on Celebrity Constellation. Unfortunately, this wasn't to be. Constellation is tired in a lot of places and although the staff work extremely hard, the shortcomings are evident. Our cabin - Whilst beautifully clean, courtesy of Arvin, we wish we hadn't paid the extra for an upgrade to ...

We chose the cruise for the itinerary and date. Thought the Constellation was in very good shape and were happy with the service and amenities. Embarkation was a 'disaster' and, hopefully, Celebrity will work that out. It had to do with requirements in Abu Dhabi and misunderstandings about the Sri Lanka Visa. All in all we enjoyed the cruise, the ports and the experience. This was our ...

Outdated ship - overpriced

We started from Abu Dhabi which we had 2 days to explore before departure. This turned out to be a wise move, we arrived with our luggage still in Amsterdam. It took >30 hours for the luggage to arrive. We had booked this cruise because of the interesting itinerary. We had experience from a previous Celebrity cruise (the sister ship Millennium) some 7 years ago. Constallation is fairly old (2002?) ...
