Holiday Cruise - Nothing Special, Dirty and Rude Guest Services Staff

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Navigator of the Seas

Navigator of the Seas had long lines both during embarkation and debarkation. Overall, the ship felt dated. The Promenade, however, was really nice. The Christmas tree was beautiful and they really made the holiday feel special. Caroling, Christmas dinner, the holiday decorations, snow falling from the ceiling, appearance from Santa etc. The cabin sofas were disgusting. Not only was the sofa ...

Recognition for outstanding service to the Diamond Lounge Concierge JJ. She was such a delightful person and truly the only highlight of my cruise vacation. She made us feel at home at the diamond lounge and was soo attentive to our needs and concerns. She was the best and only good thing we had on this cruise. Now I would like to bring up certain issues I have regarding this cruise ...

This was my 4th cruise overall, my first two were both Royal Caribbean in 09’ and 12’. I’ve always had great memories of them particularly about how amazing the food was, so much so that when I tried Norwegian Escape last year I had an amazing time but kept feeling let down when it came to food comparisons so I was looking forward to this amazing food I had kept remembering. I can’t say for sure ...

WE traveled here for the first time. Beautiful jungle experience. Had a minor hi cup with transportation. Guy didn't know where he was going missed the drop off by at least 10 miles and taxis had to come get us. All inclusive beach was beautiful and friendly staff but really disliked the walking harassing vendors waking me up from a nap to sell me crap! Really annoying!! If not for that I ...

Chose this cruise as a back to back for this same ship leaving Miami on 12/08/2017. RCI did a fantastic job of processing for us consecutive cruisers. I highly recommend booking back to back cruises for logistical and stress-free reasons. We were the last to leave the ship & the first to reboard. We were provided lunch in the Chop Grille which had a great menu and service. This was special ...

Dirty ship, slow internet, and elevators need serious reprogramming.

Honestly, this trip was a huge wash for my wife and I. We went here to celebrate our Honeymoon with her family, and we couldn’t be more disappointed. Let’s start at the check-in and boarding process... In effort to ensure no sick individuals are boarding the ship, RCI has everyone fill out a health form. This is great in theory; however, it wasn’t consistent across everyone who checked in. ...

This was my third cruise with Royal Caribbean. I have also been on a Carnival cruise. Royal Caribbean has become a family favorite. My son and I only look for cruises offered by Royal Caribbean. This was our second trip on the Navigator of the Seas. We cruised to Cozumel once before and felt we had to do it again. Both embarkation and disembarkation were a smooth process. The ship offers so ...

Bonaire was the main reason I chose this cruise. It is a delightful little port that is easy to walk. It must be the shoe capital of the Caribbean with a shoe store on every block. The ship is due for a refitting as evidenced by worn furniture and carpets. But the food was very good and a variety of dishes were always available. Service in the dining room was spotty, they are trying to get more ...

Great Royal Caribbean Cruise - Navigator of the Seas

Live in Fort Lauderdale so hubby and I drove and parked at Port of Miami. Embarkation went well took probably 20 minutes tops. Faster than anticipated. The cabin Superior Ocean View 1236 was larger than expected. The Ship was clean, the crew was outstanding. We ate our meals at the Windjammer as there were more choices and we didn't have to rush to finish eating. Special mention of Maheshwar ...

Bed Bug Infestation

I'm giving this cruise 2 stars solely because the staff was very friendly, the excursions were exciting, and we had an enjoyable time overall. However, on my final night, I finally realized the many many bug bites I had were not from mosquitoes or from being outside – our room had bed bugs. As you can imagine, this was deeply troubling, as I had expected a certain level of cleanliness and ...
