Poor late dining options and service without a smile!

We took this cruise as part of an organised group singing event. We've never really been tempted by taking a Cruise with Royal Caribbean but this provided a perfect oportunity to sample the service offered by this cruise line. Embarkation was very swift and smooth. Once check in was complete there was only a matter of 10 minutes or so waiting time before boarding. Access to our cabin was ...

Our son arranged this cruise for us as an anniversary gift. We had a ride waiting to take us directly to the port when we arrived in Miami and when we left the ship for home. Getting on/off the ship was very simple and smooth. The cabin was well arranged and kept clean and comfortable during the cruise. We especially enjoyed the decorative towel animals the housekeeper kept putting in ...

This cruise is the perfect complement to the 9 night cruise which does Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao. Book them back to back and you have 14 nights and 15 days of great times. The cruise ship is out of Miami Florida. We booked a Jr Suite, it was the first time on any Royal Ship, we were in a suite. IT WAS INCREDIBLE. The room was very spacious, the balcony was big enough to do whatever you ...

We chose the Navigator of the Seas as a filler cruise between the Independence and the Freedom.....what a disappointment! We found the ship fairly dirty in many areas, many broken elements, such as chairs, railings, bathroom items, etc. The carpet was patched in many areas. Two days in a row, we found pieces of bow tie pasta on the windjammer floor at breakfast time. Out of 40 cruises, I’d rank ...

Very little to say about embarcation, it was quick and efficient! 20 minutes from curb to ship. The ship itself was clean and well maintained, except for worn carpets in a few high traffic areas. Public restrooms were clean and used eating/drinking items in the Windjammer and other public areas like the pools deck were picked up very quickly. My cabin was a deck 6 inside, I was a little ...

Plenty to do on the ship. Loved the ports of call. We booked the Eco Tour RIB Mangroves in Bonaire through Royal Caribbean. Highly recommend it! Saw flamingoes and the islands wild donkeys and goats close up on the ride to Lac Bay. Lac Bay is beautiful and remote. Informative tour of the mangrove forests. In Aruba, we booked the Kuku Kanuku tour. It was a fun ride on the party bus to a ...

We chose this cruise because of the itinerary and the length (9 nights). We are retired and love to cruise and wish Royal Caribbean did more longer cruisers (we sometimes do back to back on DIFFERENT ships). We do not like to stay on the same ship for back to back cruises because the entertainment is one of our favorite activities and it is repeated. I will admit that the Ice Show was so good ...

We choose this cruise to visit the ABC islands in the Southern Caribbean. Also we selected the 9 day sailing. Our home is in Charlotte NC so for previous cruises, we drove to south Florida for a 7 day cruise, I have to take of 6 work days. This time we flew for a 9 day cruise and still only needed 9 days of from work. We were able to fly direct non stop on the same day the cruise departed and ...

We chose this cruise for the chance to visit the ABC Islands without having to fly to Puerto Rico. We'd love to visit Puerto Rico for a week sometime, but flights from our location are quite expensive and there are few direct flights. Florida departures are much easier. We flew down a couple of days early to do some shopping at Dolphin Mall and to visit the Keys. We had a nice time in Miami ...

Had a great cruise, we flew in fromCincinnati day of cruise with a obligatory stop in Atlanta without issues. Embarkation was fast and easy, was eating lunch at Windjammer by 12:00. I have read lots of bad reviews about selection and quality of food. We found the food to be very good throughout the nine day voyage with relly good selection. Our room the large panaramic view was best ...
