Carnival Conquest is just another low budget cruise. I had no choice unfortunately when it came time to book something as I only had five days summer vacation and there was very little being offered during those days(August 4th-8th) Believe me, I would have picked RCCL or Celebrity, or even Norwegian or Holland America, but I needed the best options for ports of call for a short trip and ...
We took this cruise for our 52 wedding anniversary, We have been on over 30 cruises with different cruise lines, this one was a disaster from beginning to end .the embarking was to slow ,we had to wait outside in sun in 95 degrees for over 20 minutes before we even got inside in A/C. To few screeners and people to handle the passengers. The terminal looked like it was to small for all the ...
Great cruise to take our grandchildren - nice itinerary - friendly and helpful staff, especially our wait staff and room steward. Loved our room!! Spacious and wonderful view from floor to ceiling windows - Food was very good - Camp lots of fun for our grandson - Enjoyed the shows - Loved the Dr. Seuss breakfast - even enjoyed the green eggs and ham and photo session with Cat in the Hat, Thing1 ...
We had a fantastic time. Total in our group were 4 in two rooms. The rooms were well appointed. Only suggestion is to have a handle for stepping in and out of the bathroom, and an electrical outlet for our toothbrush. Absolutely loved the balcony. The room was kept clean.
I have a disability and needed a wheel chair for boarding and disembarkation; we were well served.
The ship is ...
Girls trip on the Conquest was great. The ship was in nice shape for her age. It was clean and we loved the artwork on the ceilings, even in the elevators. We had an aft cabin (7449) it was spacious and we had plenty of storage for 3 adult women. That was my first time for an aft cabin and probably won't get one again. The smell from the food service was more noticeable than a regular side facing ...
Overall this was a good cruise. Boat was older which we knew before we left for the port but overall we didn't have very much to complain about with the ship other than the pool being drained when we first got on for some maintenance. Our cabin steward Marlo was awesome as we were in cabin 6377. I don't recommend that particular cabin due to being right above the casino bar and there being ...
My mother chose this cruise and it was my husband and my first cruise ever. The entertainment on the ship was awesome and very well done. I especially loved the live shows... My favorite was the 80's music one. The dining was phenomenal, the different food varieties and all tasted excellent. The service all over the ship was excellent.
We didn't really go on any planned excursions but there ...
We have cruised numerous times and chose these ports at the last minute to take two of our grand children. BIG MISTAKE. No cold water in our states room, sink clogged up, shower clogged up. Laundry room soap dispenser wouldn't dispense soap even after two phone calls they still never fixed it after two days. Dryer buttons were broken off so you paid 3.00 to dry your clothes on cool setting ...
This was a last minute cruise. We wanted to go out of orlando but it was booked. Glad we drove a little longer because this went to jamaica and grand cayman. We are from Ga. The crew was always on thier toes doing things for you. The food was very good and plenty of it. They were always cleaning something. The entertainment staff was good.

chose Carnival for a July 2016 cruise to celebrate daughter's graduation from high school. I prefer HAL or Celebrity but wasn't able to find a cruise that met my requirements. Had a balcony cabin with my wife, daughter and one of her friends. Crowded but what I expected. Embarkation was horrible due to a computer problem. Took over 3 hours to get on the ship. The ship seemed to be hot overall. ...
