As a frequent cruiser with Royal Caribbean (Diamond) it pains me to write a negative review for my favorite cruise line. That said, it is a beautiful ship but this particular voyage seemed to be poorly managed.

This was our third time cruising on the Brilliance of the Seas. It is an excellent week-end get away for us. Getting on and off the ship in Tampa was a breeze. We were able to leave work midday on Thursday, use the valet parking at the port and get on to the ship in no time.
