This was our third time cruising on the Brilliance of the Seas. It is an excellent week-end get away for us. Getting on and off the ship in Tampa was a breeze. We were able to leave work midday on Thursday, use the valet parking at the port and get on to the ship in no time.

Embarkation was quick and easy. No waiting at all. Enjoyed the Solarium hot tub, lounge chairs and decor.
Poor and slow service in MDR. Staff needs formal service training, mixing up orders, reaching over people to serve, etc. MDR chairs broken and not replaced, just stuck back together.
