We chose this cruise because it was the islands we wanted to see. Also the travel agent recommended it to us. We are an older couple on our honeymoon and all the staff made everything so special. Patrick (head of entertainment) was so nice. I would go with celebrity again. Looking to book for next year. We like the fact that you could get the drink packages and gratuity's pre paid so we had no ...
This is our second cruise in a year on this same ship. We specifically booked the same ship and upgraded to the Aqua Class experience out of the shoot hoping to experience the best it had to offer.
While there are highlights to brag about including the Martini Bar and staff, Tuscon Grill and the staff and the select shining stars who tried to go above and beyond, the overall feel of the ...
Summit is an older ship, but makes up with great service, food and entertainment. We booked an Aqua Class stateroom because we love eating in Blu. Also loved Captain Kate’s personality - perfect for the typical Celebrity cruiser. I enjoyed her “thought for the day” she shared with us each day. I also loved she shared her journey up the ladder with Celerity to become Captain.
The ...
We chose this cruise because it represented a very good deal for a chance to try out Suite Class. We have previously enjoyed Aqua Class on other Celebrity Cruises and have very much enjoyed the Persian Garden and dining at Blu, but wanted to see how life in Suite Class was. To cut to the chase, we came away very impressed.
From the moment we arrived at the terminal we felt like VIPs, whisked ...
We've only cruised 2 lines, but once we cruised Celebrity, he just seemed it couldn't get any better on other cruise lines, but maybe we are wrong. The food seems to be a cut above and the service is always outstanding. A quality product with great service. A highlight was the daily announcements of our American, female captain -- she made things comical and entertaining every morning, ...
We chose the cruise at the beginning because of the price. But as we have cruised with Celebrity before we wanted to stay with them.
We like the food, the entertainment and the refurbished Celebrity Summit.
Thank you to Captain Kate and her crew - their are visible and make our cruise more personal.
Ten days before leaving, we upgraded to Suite - loved the amenities and service that ...
Celebrity Summit has Captain Kate who is a celebrity herself. It was so cool to hear a woman captain speak to you each morning and you could understand her. She is witty and polished and captains well. With all of the turmoil in San Juan and hotel cancellations and what not, this turned into a terrific cruise.
Our steward was wonderful, our cabin was spacious, although it did have odd whiffs ...
We went with friends on this ship before and enjoyed it so much, that we wanted to go on her again.
This time we tried both of the specialty restaurants and loved them. Qusine is an experience not to be missed. So much fun. The food and service in the Tuscan Grill was nothing short of spectacular.
If you are in a suite, you will have the opportunity to try Michael's club. This is a great ...
I wanted to see the southern part of Caribbean especially San Juan so I chose Celebrity Summit Cruise. We flew to San Juan 2 days early to explore San Juan. The old town is beautiful even though most of the shops are closed. We walked all over the city and everyone is so friendly. We had good food in many of the restaurant too!
Celebrity Summit cruise is smaller in size but it still offers ...
We had booked several months ahead as an anniversary cruise. That was before the hurricanes hit.
Celebrity was no way ready to sail again after the hurricanes hit the Caribbean.
Embarkation horrible at the San Juan airport. In spite of us having paid for the ship transfers, we literally waiting in a line for 1.5-2 hours for the buses to arrive.
Our cabin was sufficient, concierge ...
