We chose this cruise and cruise line because they offered a good price, nice itinerary and some "free" items. We received $100 on board credit, 3 Special dinners and unlimited beverage package. Very pleasant experience.
Excursions had good variety and well done.
Hatch next to our room was not secure during first 2 days of cruise and kept us up at night.
Twice we never received an iron and ironing board after numerous calls.

This was my first experience in a Suite. The prior 12 cruises on NCL have been in inside cabins (11 times) and obstructed oceanview (once). While I will go back to those choices for economic reasons, I now appreciate the service, amenities and space of a suite. I was treated supremely well by all the crew members involved.
