I was expecting to have something, anything even just a little thing to complain about. Carnival left me with nothing but positive things to say, and I will be back on board the Pride in 2018. Never have I been to a facility that was kept so meticulously clean, morning noon and night staff is out and about ensuring everything is in perfect condition. embarking and disembarking I thought for sure ...
The room stew was excellent, our room was always clean, neat and in order. He always called us by our name when he saw us either in the hall or near our room.
MDR dinning had changed because it went to American table, alot of the staff seemed new, so service took quite a bit of time to get through. Several evenings we were rushed to get to get to shows because of service being slow.
The ...
We chose Carnival Pride out of the Port of Baltimore because we are able to drive from Pennsylvania.
Parking was $120 for 8 days and lot is secured.
The cruise director was Steve Kinsley and he provided fun activities throughout the cruise.
He was very helpful and friendly any time I had contact with him or when I observed him with other passengers and the crew.
Food is plentiful and ...
This was our 5th time on the Pride. We love the layout of the ship, the ease of departure, and it's only a two hour ride from our house, so no airfare.
We went to Grand Turk, Half Moon Cay and Nassau. The weather was perfect, and the only excursion we did was to a private beach in Nassau, which was wonderful. There was a 35 minute boat ride to Balmoral Island and once you got off, there were ...
We chose this cruise because we live only a 25 minute drive from the Baltimore cruise terminal so it was highly convenient. My husband, 6-year-old twin daughters, and I enjoyed our balcony cabin #7178. It was quiet and the view was fantastic; we would choose this same cabin again. Overall, we LOVED this cruise! Every bit of food that we ate was excellent. No complaints whatsoever in the food ...
My husband and I are in our mid-twenties and have been on 12 cruises between the two of us and know how great a cruising experience can and should be. Growing up his family always sailed Carnival and my family sailed multiple cruise lines including one carnival ship. My husband's confidence in Carnival is what was ultimately the deciding factor for choosing the Pride for our honeymoon. First off, ...
My husband and I returned to Bermuda where we celebrated our Honeymoon almost 23 years ago. We had sailed on the Pride to the Bahamas and then the ship went into dry dock to revamp. So we decided to see what changes they made and booked the Bermuda trip.We left Baltimore with out any problems. I had purchased the Faster to the Fun option for the first time and I have to say it was worth the money. ...
A good friend and I sailed aboard the Carnival Pride from Baltimore to the Bahamas on 27 March 2016 for a 7 night sailing. I had sailed the Pride several times previously; the last being prior to the recent renovations.
We had an absolutely fabulous trip. Baltimore is a great embarkation port. Everything is extremely well coordinated. We arrived a bit before our scheduled time as family ...
We enjoyed our cruise immensely, but not necessarily because Carnival offered such a great ship, crew or experience. We NEEDED a vacation and there would have been little, in the course of a normal cruise, to keep us from enjoying time away from the busy-ness of home. We LOVED the newer layout of this ship as opposed to our other experiences on Carnival ships. That being said, the Pride, even ...
I chose this cruise because the port is less than 45 minutes away from home. Before this cruise my longest one was only 6 days so I was hesitant about taking a 14 day. It was an extreme plus to have been on the ship for so long because we had time to really get to know the ship and all the people on it! Let me start by saying that before I got on the ship I though it was going to be full of spring ...
