Terrible customer service. Had to line up in huge lines for food everyday, lines for kids club (waited about 45 minutes the first day and they tried to pass me someone else's child to pick up). What a poor cruise. May be good for families with kids, but as an older couple who went outside of school holidays, this was a disaster. Over 400 kids.
