we wanted to go to Cozumel and the price was fantastic!!!! we love Carnavale cruises and the experience is always delightful! In chooses a cruise we have found cruises that were much more expensive and never have we found them any better as far as hospitality as Carnavale cruise lines. Also the recreation for all ages is top notch. The give away's are also fair and very nice! The musical ...

We decided to go on this cruise since we invited to a wedding .My wife and I have been on mutliple cruises with Royal Carribean (Allure and Oasis of the Seas) and also previously on .a Carnival Cruise out of Port Canaveral. We left out of Port Tampa. Parking was easy, right across the street. We were lucky to board the ship early for the wedding. The staff was very nice. We had a balcony ...

We have sailed Carnival many times, and the PARADISE several times. We prefer the Fantasy class of ships, and this was no exception. Weather was not great, so outside activities were a bit on the "cool" side. This was probably the best in terms of boarding and debarking. Never before has it been so seamless, and quick. There is a big difference in the decor....the atrium and public areas keep ...

Mostly terrible from port to port

Our group chose this cruise because our travel agent suggested it. From the Tampa port where there was mass confusion on the part of the attendants. Four of us with walkers had to wait 20 minutes while the elevator was being fixed. After 20 minutes, I flagged down an official looking person and told him of our plight. He looked over and said the elevator is working and asked who told us it ...

So service was good on this cruise..on and off very quick..food wasnt too bad either. Probably could use a few more options.. the boat is old. The common restrooms and lack of them around important areas (bars, restaurants, etc) is not good at all.Heard it will drydock soon and it needs it..wasted space on top for putt putt that no on uses. Wished there were more places to hang out on the side ...

This cruise is like Walmart compared to Macy's. Was not impressed. Not to mention the hours we tried getting a hold of a competent person due to us missing the cruise because of our a mechanical failure at the air port. Lack of entertainment, The 3 days (2 nights) we did get to enjoy the cruise there was hardly any entertainment. The entertainment done was done with hardly any enthusiasm ...

Good food not enough variety same breakfasts and lunches. Pleasant crew and well designed cabin. Ship is to be re-outfitted next month, they have started working on floors bad smells and closed elevators. Elevators skipped floors and some were closed completely for entire cruise. Only two ports too cheap to add Key West so we floated outside Tampa a full night. Entertainment was highlight three ...

Fun no frills birthday cruise

Background: I love cruising! This was my 10th cruise on Carnival and my 3rd on the Paradise. It was a 4 day cruise to Cozumel. We had a group of 6 girls celebrating my birthday. When it comes to cruising, I’m pretty simple. I expect the boat to be clean and well kept, the staff friendly and knowledgeable and there to be plenty to eat/drink and to do while on board. I’m a happy cruiser from ...

We wanted to go back to Panama. Unfortunately we didn't port there. We didn't realize that when we booked the cruise. We went through the locks into the big lake, anchored and then returned to the locks and headed out. It was very interesting but we would have liked to spend a few hours on land there. The trip was 10 days we couldn't Port in Costa Rica due to 70 knot winds and 15 to 18 foot ...
