We booked this cruise about 2 weeks before cruising and had a most relaxing time.
Embarkation was smooth and we were on the ship within the hour. The weather in Sydney was rather windy and rainy. Fortunately, after 2 days at sea, we had beautiful sunny skies.

I don’t think that the embarkation issues were sufficient to give this whole cruise a 1 out of 5. Agree totally with previous reviews in relation to the debacle of boarding in Singapore.It really was disgraceful that RCL did not have plans /staff in place to accommodate the huge flow of passengers. Boarding process certainly caused great negativity.

Boarding in Singapore was a nightmare - 4 hours standing in queues. Insufficient staff with insufficient knowledge. Singapore boarding took 3 hours ( some 4 hours ) the worst I have ever encountered, no communications to passengers, no staff had any idea what was happening, PA was distorted.
