A Neptune suite is a great room with real suite amenities, and the Neptune Lounge and concierge service is one of them... I have been in suites on other ships, but other than the premier lines, there are no additional services.

The food and service on the Pacific Princess was outstanding. In fact it was the best food we have ever had on a cruise line. We had a drinks package (non alcoholic) which worked out to be very good value.
