Cabin 11059
The penthouse suite was spacious & comfortable with a small balcony. However, compared with suites on other cruise lines, it was not worth the significantly extra cost (AUD16000 for 2) plus the exorbitant prices charged for "extras" (shore excursions, gym & spa services, La Reserve dinners, wine tastings etc.) The included "butler" was useless & a waste of time.

Cabin 11029
ROOM TIP: 11029 is located directly under the smoking room. There can be a smoke smell in the room depending on wind direction and chairs in the smoking area are pushed around overhead day and night so bring your earplugs.

The penthouse was a comfortable size, though not huge or particularly luxurious and the balcony was a bit bigger than the standard balcony rooms. Note that when they give you square footage online they are including balcony size. The built in make up mirror they tout must have been designed by a man because it is completely unusable since it does not angle up and you would need to get on your knees on the floor to use it. Fix this! Bathroom size and walk in closet make things comfortable, though not a fan of waterfall showers, had to use the hand held like a regular shower. Liked stocked mini fridge though mine had an opened bottle of wine in it from the last passenger and no one ever asked me how I wanted it stocked as they claim online they do. Our room was on the 11th floor right under the overhang which we liked because it mostly kept the balcony shady though if you like direct sun you might not like this, and we did not have any trouble with hearing deck chairs scraping overhead as others have said. Cleaned very well other than the opened wine left in the room and always plenty of bottled water. One thing that surprised us on our first Mediterranean cruise was that in half the ports the place you docked was down right ugly with oil tanks and machinery, etc. so not as much enjoyment as usual sitting on the balcony and there did not seem to be a good side to the ship in terms of views, we got the ugliness about equally. Most comfortable bed of any cruise or hotel.

Cabin 7135
More than enough storage space, plenty of seating, and a huge amount of deck space on the verandah. This cabin is more susceptible to vibration during manuevering and if this bothers one, it would be best to choose a cabin on deck 10 or 11.

17 days of heaven CruiseMacks
Cabin was spacious with walk-in closet, good size balcony, and the best beds at sea. I have insomnia, but averaged 8 hours a night while on board.

Cabin 11046

We had a PH1, stateroom 11046, and were very pleased. The room was large with a sitting area, full bath with separate shower, and ample balcony space. The closet has to be the biggest in the industry and the bed was better than any cruise ship and most hotels as well. 11046 was well located with a short walk to the Executive Lounge and the washer-dryers were on this floor as well. Although there were others who reviewed the lounge negatively, we used it regularly in the morning for coffee and sometimes in the afternoon for a room snack. The concierge was there at peak times and we found her helpful when we had requests or questions. We were provided a butler with two assistants. The butler we only used a few times but the housekeeping was second to none. No complaints about the room, the service, or the amenities. They were great. Bento the Butler made certain our flavors of water and soda were stocked daily in our refrigerator and did serve us dinner from Red Ginger one evening in our room.

Lots of room but just below where they put out sun chairs every morning and wake you up scraping them on the floor.

Magnificent closet in the PH suites. Balcony could use a table for outdoor dining.

Cabin 11057
11057, under Waves Grill, not recommended. Room great. Plenty of storage, large veranda would have liked lounge and 1 chair instead of 2 chairs or better yet a table for eating. Bathroom nice, some people complain about shower, fine for my husband and I but we are 5'9 maybe small for taller or fatter people. Hard to get out of bathtub and I am in good shape. Nice amount of storage in bathroom. Great walk-in closet with plenty of hangers. Plenty of drawers nice makeup table. Table and chairs for meals nice.

Cabin 10023
The PH suite was wonderful in terms of size, amenities, personal space, bathroom size. The balcony size was terrific. Negatives: 1. the shower head in the middle of the ceiling is awkward for tall ppl and for washing your hair. 2. the vanity with the magnifier mirror is a great idea but the design is flawed and unless you kneel on the floor you can't actually use the mirror. 3. It really is OK to leave a towel or face cloth for more than one use. I found the fresh towel every five seconds wasteful and kind of annoying - but I know that sounds silly.

Cabin 11057
Enormous room...very very large walk in closet...stall shower AND full size bath, everything you could possibly want. I DO NEED TO TELL you Avoid the 11th floor, as the upper deck is a good ten feet larger and the overhang KILLS any possibility of sun on your smart, take the NINTH FLOOR or lower!!!!!

Cabin 11057
Walk-in closet with safe, shoe racks and lots of wooden hangers was great! Bathroom includes tub and separate shower stall, as well as lots of storage space. Bath towels AND bath sheets! BUT one cannot plug in a hair blower; not even the ship-provided one! Gotta blow dry your hair in the bedroom, rather than the bathroom. Great idea: Dressing table with magnified make-up mirror. Very poorly executed. The mirror isn't adjustable so it fits people of only one height. To apply mascara, I moved the stool and got onto the carpet, on my knees which put me at the exact right height to use the make up mirror. I complained about this in my mid-cruise Survey at which time the Cabin Attendant brought me a stand-alone make up mirror which worked perfectly. At night, we'd hear them moving the furniture around on the pool deck. I think they dragged the furniture in order to mop the deck floor. I can fall asleep at the drop of a hat, so it didn't interfere with my sleep but it was sometimes an issue for my husband.
