There are several issues.
Let me point out each one
1. I am pure Hindu vegetarian traveller. Before booking I had clearly asked that I need Indian vegetarian meal. I was clearly told yes Holland America is best vegetarian friendly.

Our group of six couldn't be more pleased. The stewards (room and dinner) treated us like Kings and Queens. The daily service was exceptional in every way besides be so helpful and friendly, but truly respectful. When we go on a cruise again, I hope its this staff and crew. This cruise was an option on an Insight Gold Tour and overall it was acceptable but not that exciting and the three stops were a somewhat welcome relief from being confined on the ship.
