Wanted a break so we took a repositioning cruise from SF to Vancouver, which we have done before on Princess. It's a nice trip; leave out the Golden Gate; one day at sea and come through Juan de Fuca, the San Juans and the Gulf Islands the final morning. Pre cruise.
I flew to san diego on norwegian air and another sadly i did not know i had to pre book meals so all i9 had for 9 hrs was snacks! I stayed in a hostel to save money which was ok.i did maritime museum,san diego zoo and midway.

We sailed from Vancouver on April 12. It was cold for the first 3 days and the last 3 days. Even the Canadians were wearing their coats outside. Many people hung out on the aft pool deck because there is no smoking on the ship except for a designated area on the aft pool deck. There is no cigar lounge.
