We had sailed previously with Victory Cruise Lines who was bought by American Queen. I will begin by stating that this was a very fun cruise and one of the best that we have taken in a life-time of travel which includes approximately 35 cruises. We chose this cruise because it was the Star Spangled Banner Cruise from Louisville to Nashville.
We stayed in the complimentary pre-cruise hotel, The Brown, which was elegant. Our room was huge!

I have emailed, left a note on the website, spoken to escalated customer service rep and requested a call from Mr Waggoner to discuss the MAJOR problems on the cruise.
