Inside cabins were tight for more than 2. Families of 5 had 2 adjacent cabins. But they were clean and well-serviced.

the cabin was small, but that was expected. For the price, it was the best suited to our needs, and while a balcony would be nice, for us, it is not worth the extra cost.

As to be expected with an inside room, small but not too bad. Very quiet part of the ship.

A good size but would have liked one of those virtual windows. Good shower and plenty of room for storage.

Cabin 6135

Good location, exterior noise is very minimal. Room is small but very couzy: telephone, tv, desk, armchair, coffee table, garderobe, comfortable bathroom.
Stateroom attendant Setho Richards was spectacular. We never have seen him, only his outstanding work. You can call any time and all you need will come through like dreams!!!
Best ever!

The cabin showed some signs of wear, but nothing that we would have reported. Herman kept it clean and neat.

Cabin 7677

Quiet room. Noise not an issue. I felt the room to be rather large for an interior. I suggest taking the hangers down from closet if your not using them. They will clank together all night and it will drive you insane!

Room had dripping shower, phone did not work, mirror hinges broke, 6th floor has problems with toilets on this ship/

Wife is mobility impaired and the agent did not communicate it properly to the ship. The agent is giving a discount on the upcoming cruise.

Inside cabin #7379 small, as expected. Shower was adequate for us but would not be for an obese passenger (50% of people on board).

Cabin 7237
This cabin is quite noisy. It is right next to the space that the crew uses for their carts and it is really loud when the are loading them for the day.

Our cabin was very affordable. It was a postage stamp cabin, but its location more than made up for its size. We were steps away from the Promenade Deck and the Cafe Promenade. The room was quiet, though, and celebrations on the Promenade never disturbed us. The closets were large and spacious. The little sofa was convenient. The bathroom had a semicircular shower stall that was very nice. Finally, the privacy curtain allowed me to get some sleep while my husband watched tv or read.

Cabin 7465
The cabin is directly next to crew space but was very quiet. I'd prefer to have no neighbors and be next to the crew space. Also, the hallway is secluded, private and quiet. I liked the location. The room has a new flatscreen TV, no sewage smell near cabin but sometimes the smell is near the elevators on this deck, the sink smelled like sewage on the first day, the faucet of the sink does not work very well, shower is great, furniture in good condition, comfortable bed, etc.

Cabin 9517
9517 was nice little inside cabin we did not spend much time in it... Nice and dark at night to sleep in.. No noise from any of the venues. We did not spend much time in the cabin only to sleep.

My Caribbean Cruise thamesbarge

One of the things that really worries me is that in the hallway there were a number of mobility devices which made it really difficult at times to get past. This has been gradually getting more cluttered each time we cruise on the Explorer. I don't know how other ships deal with this problem (as I see it.) When we heard of the problem with the ship in Europe tipping over I was wondering if this had been our ship would there have been a really big problem for people to try and get out of the ship? I think so!!!! These motorized wheelchairs and scooters should be stored in the room and not in the hallway at night. Of course this is my opinion as we stored ours in the room.

We had an inside cabin. An older, small (20"?) and big and clunky TV with very poor image quality, glad I am not a TV person. Good thing is their interactive program that allows us to check our account, that was when we discovered we were charged excessive amount for our internet usage when we still have money left in our internet package. We called the front desk, was told they would look at it, but we still had to visit the front desk to get it rectified.
Not enough closet space to hang our clothing, its probably enough for only one person. Shower has curvy doors, better than shower curtain. Sink water pressure is too slow. Other than these it was fine.

4th Time on Explorer thamesbarge
Great closet space. Room was kept very tidy and clean. Great Steward. On going up the hallway though there was a strong odour of sewage at times. Wheelchairs and scooters sometimes blocked the passageways.

Small, but great for us. Close to elevators a plus.

The inside cabins are tiny. Unpack, stow the luggage under the bed, throw the cocktail table in the closet, keep all personal items properly stored and it is just fine...

No space if twin beds are joined to form a king. Lots of light. Poor hair dryer.
