This was our anniversary cruise and 16th Disney Cruise, but first adult only! It was a great experience.
We stayed at Disney World for two nights prior at the Swan hotel near Epcot. It was good because so close to the park and we enjoyed the Food and Wine Festival. The room was ok, walls paper thin, could hear conversation and kids screams next door.

Our cruise was right after Hurricane Matthew,We didn't get in to Port Canaveral until 8pm Sunday because of the traffic going back into Florida. We stayed at the Country Inn and Suites, so we were at the port very quickly. Check in was fast and easy. We were able to take pictures with both Mickey and Minnie! Then it was time to board! Our waiters were great. The food at dinner was ok it just didn't have enough flavor to it. It was a little slow getting our food, and I wish we had the earlier dining. I would suggest ordering your desert the same time as our meal this way it could come out faster. We missed a few shows due to having a later dinner and with it being a little slow.

Overall, we loved this cruise!
Although the weather didn't cooperate (Hurricane Matthew), Disney bent over backwards to give us the vacation we hoped for. From changing the cruise destinations to providing a free night on the ship, they made sure everyone was taken care of.

In Septermber 27 of us boarded the Disney Fantasy. We all had a wonderful experience the oldest person was 74 to the youngest of age 4.
