Horrible customer service for six hour boarding. No attempt to provide customers any relief. No credit offered. Elderly people had to lie on concrete floors for hours. No food offered. No chairs. No communication until 5 pm when Cunard rep announced it would be another hour or more before checking could commence; this was followed by 1000 people groaning and booing

As experienced travelers, my retired friend and I looked forward to exploring the ports of call along Canada's maritime coast and the St. Lawrence River as described on Cunard's website. Unfortunately, the poor customer care which started with a 5 hour delay boarding the ship, continued throughout the cruise, even past disembarking.

Quite a long cruise -28 days. The cruise was enjoyable and the staff fantastic. The food in the Britannia restaurant was sublime. We mainly found the entertainment boring. Some of the good speakers had uninteresting subjects while others had a poor delivery. Eg a lecture on dining at the White House was 40 years out of date and not very interesting at that.

First, this review is my personal opinion. This is my first time on the QM2 and second cruise ever. My first cruise ever was an inside cabin on the Crown Princess cruise in the Caribbean.
