Cabin was good, service in the cabin was extremely good by young cabin boy (Joao) who really serviced us pleasantly.

Good cabin with lots of storage. Tiny entry door - not possible to get a small wheelchair in or a portly person. OK once inside.

Average got what we paid for. No complimentary toiletries unless you stood in a queue at reception and asked for them.

The cabin was a good size and clean - cabin staff were slow at cleaning (I think mainly because of the embarkation routine at every port meaning the cabins of guests not leaving/joining the ship were always the last to be cleaned. Toiletries in the shower and tissues were not replenished - so we bought shampoo and shower gel and tissues (more of a minor irritation than anything else).

Small balcony. Great beds and our Cabin Stewart was the best Costa employee on board

Cabin 7237

Clean and quite smart, plenty of space for me and my two kids. It was rather quiet, no noise from other guests, but the wind made a noise on the balcony. Whistling wind kept me awake twice. It was too cold generally to sit outside but the views were good!

Our cabin was by the elevators so many late night partiers would stand in the bank of elevators as a group late at night and would recount their evening and laugh loudly. Music came up through the atrium many evenings. The last night a different steward closed doors between the elevators and the hall, which made a world of difference. Wish that had been done days before., Being upgraded to a bigger cabin with a balcony outweighed it. Stewards were great.

Since the ship is just two years old, the cabin was in very good shape -- no stains in carpets, burn holes, etc. I am glad for the balcony as it was my "sanctuary" when the crowds in the public rooms became unbearable. Our ship was at capacity (3800 people).
