The roomservice was exellent. Housekeeping spoke very good English. She took really good care of guests.

Staff is from the Philippines and they could not care less about the customers. They are paid very little money so obviously job is not made properly. We had a baby with us and one time we were asked to leave the dining room since there was no place for us and the baby. We chose this 23 day cruise from Genoa to Stockholm only to find out 2 weeks before we left that it was in fact 3 separate cruises. This meant we had to change cabins 3 times !

We cruised with Costa for the first time in 2018, on the Diadema. It was excellent, so we booked again on the Fortuna.
All in all, it was a good cruise, but I felt not as good an experience as the Diadema.
The ship is smaller for a start, and I missed the numerous bars and extra expanse of the Diadema.
