Review for a Panama Canal & Central America Cruise on Coral Princess

When you read everything about the tours it is not accurate. They say no steps, but they do not tell you that it is uneven ground and steep inclines. All the pools were 5 feet or more. So you could not walk in water or exercise. Pool chairs were reserved with no one using them for hours And to charge for the one pool. Come on The guest service desk was very unfriendly and was not ...

The entire cruise from embarkation to disembarkation was truly amazing. The Ship is great, our cabin was terrific, Club Class is wonderful and the entertainment was very enjoyable. The Princess singers and dancers are extremely talented. The Panama Canal is truly a marvel of engineering and standing just under the bridge as you enter the Canal gives you such a feeling of amazement you will not ...

Some friends from our church were going on this cruise and invited us to tag along. It looked inviting. Since it was our first cruise, we were a little unsure. But overall, it turned out to be an excellent adventure. No problems with sea sickness. There was plenty of time Onboard for resting, playing games, swimming, watching movies, or just "taking a walk." Thank you for making our first cruise a ...

We love this relatively small ship, with a more intimate atmosphere, friendly staff and lack of queues everywhere. The cabin was very well maintained, with a comfortable bed. We travelled as a couple and noticed that there were very few children on board. We found the food to be of a very good standard; with the two fine dining restaurants good value; we preferred Bayou to Sabitini's. This is ...

After a 4 hour drive from New Smyrna Beach to Port Everglades my best friend Pat and I sailed through check in and were actually in our cabin by 11:45 a.m. We parked in the Pier 2 garage for security and convenience. Our favorite ship activities included Zumba, line dancing, deck parties (I won champagne), walking the true promenade deck and relaxing in hot tubs and pools. There was plenty of ...

We chose this cruise for a fiftieth wedding anniversary present and included our children and spouses. From embarkation to disembarkation the trip was spectacular. The crew, including wait staff, stewards, bar tenders, etc were excellent. The moment we arrived at out room there were balloons, congratulatory signs and good wishes. In our room were banners, mobiles and “towel sculptures” of ...

We have been on different cruise ships and by far this was the best in everything. The food was top notch, the service, the entertainment, everything went real smoothly, no wait for anything. We had the best time and the best of everything. The excursions were great also. We had plenty of time in each port to shop or sightsee. This was the first time we ever had an inside cabin and we chose ...

Coral Princess Panama Canal Cruise - First cruise in the books!

Great first cruise! Port Everglades is a very short distance from Ft Lauderdale airport which was nice. Everything went smoothly throughout the cruise with no major hick ups. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the trip. For its age compared to other ships it was in great condition and nicely decorated. Some rust spots but I don't think it was that bad given that the ...

The Panama canal was on our bucket list and there are not a lot of cruise lines that offer this cruise. The canal is awesome and such a marvel to see and go through, and the ship was nice, but nothing special. We were very disappointed that during our early morning hours (7am) venture through the canal we were standing at the back of the ship in the Sanctuary to take pictures of the canal and even ...
