Unless you book a suite, ship's cabiin are always crowded. The room seemed airier than most. There were only three drawers usuablle for storing clothes, but still doable. The television had very limited programming. The movie/regular programming were from Argentina oe Ecuador but in English...except for the commercials...but you are there for the cruise anyway. The bathroom had more room than most and the small shower was sppacious compared to most that I have seen. Read entire member review >>
Typical cabin but with an extended balcony and overhang due to ship design. No obstructions to view. Great view of wake, seas, sunset. VERY close to elevators, but not noisy. Read entire member review >>
Our first time on an S-class. As others have commented on these cabins, the storage above the bed is barely usable but otherwise the cabin is well laid out and very comfortable. We were far enough forward that the bridge wing blocked our view to the west, forward. Minor issue that only was slightly important at sunset. Read entire member review >>
Clean and comfortable. Cabin steward Marcos was great. He was attentive to our needs, and helpful when we had questions. I wish there was a privacy curtain that could be pulled between the bedroom and the salon area so that those of us who are early risers could function without a radical distraction of the late sleeper. The cabin was a balcony on Deck 10, aft. We had plenty of cupboard space, with enough hangers to hang our clothes. Cruz, our steward, cleared our fridge, so we could store our bottles of water in the fridge. Our three suitcases easily fitted under the bed. There was one European outlet at the desk. We also brought one American charger, so we had no trouble charging our phones, e-reader, camera battery. Everything was immaculate and clean. Our steward, Cruz, was quick and thorough. One day I noticed I was almost out of shower gel. I planned on letting Cruz know, but I totally forgot to mention it. Next day, what do you know: a new shower gel mysteriously appeared. That’s what I call attentive! The bathroom had plenty of closet space with room to spare. The leg rest in the shower will be a feature we will copy in our new bathroom design :-) Read entire member review >>
Cabin was clean and comfortable. I find there is a little less drawer space in this ship.
This time we had the cabin with the bed nearest the balcony and found that because of this layout we didn't use the couch as much as when it was near the balcony in the reverse layout. Read entire member review >>
Very clean and tidy. Shower - no bath. Lacked tea and coffee making facilities. Supposed to have daily 'canapes', however theses consisted of breadsticks, or similar, and dips - very disappointing. Read entire member review >>
Deck 10, Port Side Aft. A quiet spot with little passing traffic and an excellent view of the Stockholm Archipeligo sailing in & out. As always, we find Concierge Cabins more than big enough for two people, with plenty storage. We had robes, umbrellas (didn't need those), binoculars, hairdryer, toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel & body lotion, tissues. Plenty towels, changed whenever you want., Two American sockets & one European. Interactive TV, Mini Bar & Safe. The double wardrobe, over bed storage, 3 deep drawers and space for suitcases under the bed means you've plenty room for all of your things. The bathroom's offer clever & generous storage too. Roomy for a cruise ship. Decent storage room. Comfy bed, rather hard sofa that appeared to have a pull-out bed in it. Reasonably sized shower for a ship. The cabin was quiet and the temperature control was fine. Plenty of hot water. Small balcony with two chairs and a small table. The internet service in the room was as good (actually not so good) as the internet center. There are two electrical outlets, we always carry a power strip. Small flat-screen TV with most of the news channels worked well most of the time, with just a few "no-signal" problems. Read entire member review >>
This cabin is nicely located not far from the elevators. The bed is comfortable and the balcony is roomy. As noted in previous reviews, there is little drawer space in the cabin. Ample closet space is provided, but only three drawers and the overhead compartments. I brought packing cubes, which worked well in the overbed compartments.
The bathroom is the most luxurious I have ever seen on a cruise ship! Modern fixtures, plenty of storage and the shower doors that close in a comfortable shower space.
The partitions on the balconies open between cabins, so my friends and I could lounge on the balcony with each other. We even had a cocktail/lunch party one day on our balconies....too fun!
Leslie, our cabin attendent, was wonderful! Her smile is infectious and we loved her service. Read entire member review >>
Storage was a little restricted with just 3 drawers under the vanity and cupboards above the bed. No shelves in the closet and no clothesline in the shower.
Shower was a good size and the bathroom had plenty of shelves and drawers.
The cabin was quiet and the bed very comfortable. Read entire member review >>
We have always booked Concierge Class on the 4 Celebrity cruises we've been on. Will likely forego this in the future and book regular Veranda room. Perks are too few to really understand why you are paying extra. Stopped the afternoon treats after the second day. I guess the robe (not used), shower head (really), shampoo/conditioner/body scrub/etc. were nice!?!? Room had good storage. Read entire member review >>
Mid/aft starboard. Lifeboats were a few decks below, so couldn't see directly down to the water, but was a beautiful balcony just the same. And had foot stool, for those that are interested!!! Read entire member review >>
Excellent location and great cabin service. There is great storage in the bathroom. Wish there was more drawer space in cabin itself. We did ask for more hangars which were provided without delay. We prefer the port side of the ship when returning from Europe as we spend much time on the balcony and very little at the pool. The privacy is great. This cabin is close to the elevators and stairs. We prefer the stairs and nothing is too far. We were very pleased with the 9th floor and were happy with our choice. Read entire member review >>
Comfortable room. When you walk into the room, the bed on the left side of the wall. Bed is next to the balcony, sofa is closer to the door. Storage above the bed, closest and dresser drawers. Read entire member review >>
The room was well appointed, spacious and clean. The veranda was well sized and had more than enough room for two to sit comfortably. The bed was comfortable and the HVAC was easily controlled and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing spacious and the shower was comfortable. Our attendant was excellent! Read entire member review >>
Our room 1028 was very spacious with a large balcony and bathroom. Storage was ample with drawers and hanging space. No noise at all was experienced at any time of the day or night. Room is close to the lift but not too close. A very comfortable room. Read entire member review >>
Not enough storage....the cupboards above the bed difficult to access.Bed linens good and housekeeping excellent. One word to the steward and our request was granted.More towels needed, particularly for 2 ladies sharing a cabin but that request was quickly rectified by the steward.Having to pay for the bottled water a little chintzy but feel Celebrity nickels and dimes quite a bit!!Position of our cabin excellent...a few steps from the fabulous glass elevators. 9366. Unobstructed view. We did smell smoke, but I'm assuming this is from a smoker from up above. 2 chairs on the balcony and a little table. 2 foot rests. 3 pieces of fruit daily and evening canapes if you choose. Shower is hot with good pressure. Nice linens. Bathrobe nice. You can hear others walking in the rooms next door at times. Can't hear any hallway noise. You can also hear some talking at times so be careful with your comments! But, overall a clean quiet room with an unobstructed view of the ocean. Good luck! Read entire member review >>
The storage space is interesting but if you are tall enough you can reach the storage above the beds. Bathroom is of reasonable size. Cabin location was great since it was a short walk to elevators and far enough away not to hear them or the passengers. Read entire member review >>
Very small closet/shower room; only room for one person at a time and nowhere to put towels only tiny pegs in shower. Over head cupboards were unusable and not practical although the wardrobe was adequate. Only THREE very small draws (perhaps only placement for socks and underwear) so left our clothes in the suit case (Not really what was expected), considering the price paid for our cruise. Balcony had room to move but again only one person at a time as you have to maneuver around the chairs and table to get back into the cabin. Could not hear the public announcements in our cabin and not really clear when in the corridor either so missed the Captains daily update. Could not hear the announcements in the Ocean view Cafe. My stateroom was 1020 and it was very nicely appointed. Very quiet, great shower, very comfortable bed, fresh flowers daily and floor to ceiling glass doors with a very nice balcony. Ample room for storage. Read entire member review >>
Awful sofa, give me chairs. Tight layout. Limited storage, but weird over=bed storage area, large but not accesible unless you stand on the bed...and what would you put up there? I put some shoes. Very nice bathroom, with adequate shower space. Pretty decor. Read entire member review >>
The silhouette had beautiful cabins, but not enough closet and drawer space. The drawers above the bed were too high to reach. When you're on a 12 night cruise you need more storage space. thank you Read entire member review >>
Small closet with sliding doors so you both can't get dressed at the same time. Three drawers for storage which wasn't enough so they added two shelves at ceiling level above the beds. What is this, a dorm room? Read entire member review >>
Not enough closet space or drawer space & we were only 2 in a cabin. Bathroom was beautiful, well lit, shower doors are a great asset, but hand held shower would have been nice. Also I missed the Elemis products previously given such as soap, shampoo, body lotion, etc. On Azamara they gave out large bottles of the items mentioned, instead of us having to keep asking for extras. Balcony Stateroom - C3
1. After you empty your suitcases, very little area to store your empty suitcases.
2. Beds are great, very comfortable
3. Bathroom is very good, shower was OK for my wife and I because we are both short, but for a person 6 foot or taller the shower could be frustrating
4. Balcony was great, just the perfect size.
5. Cabin Stewards Service - OUTSTANDING! the best I have every experienced. Read entire member review >>
Lack of shelving in closet and the extra deep draws presented a problem to the Mrs. (and most other women on the cruise)
Plan on using the cabinet above the bed and keeping some clothes in your suit cases under the bed.
Could use more hooks on the wall.
The balcony was just OK.
The room was very quiet.
Pack less and enjoy more! Read entire member review >>
our cabin was towards the back of the boat, I really liked it, other then the walk to the elevators , but then can be considered exercise.
We had concierge class and its definitely worth all the extras. Read entire member review >>
Our cabin was in an area where there were no cabins across from us. We heard people running in the hall, often. Loved the glass/plastic shower door as opposed to shower curtain. Layout was good with the bed near the balcony. No problem with the overhead bins because we were both tall. Put robes on hanger outside of bathroom to get extra room in closet. Put suitcases under the bed. Room steward located close because she was always available. Read entire member review >>
Relatively quiet cabin. Limited storage like all cabins. Across from a hallway to inside cabins so it was a little busier outside the room than usual. The doors are very heavy and you are jolted when your neighbor goes in and out of their cabin, but this would apply to all cabins. TVs go on with a very high volume so you need to immediately turn the volume if it is late at night or early in the morning. Read entire member review >>
Our cabin (1027) was perfectly adequate. Well maintained by our steward.
We had a Concierge Guarantee and were very happy with the cabin allocated to us. Loved the bathroom. Compact but perfectly formed. Best onboard shower we have ever had. Toilet tissue, oh dear, terrible quality. first thing we did at our first port was to buy some proper toilet tissue. Read entire member review >>
Comfortable with bed near veranda, suggest move coffee table to corner near end of bed to make cabin more roomy, location was a long walk to elevators (good exercise!), Two decks below large overhang, No issues with excessive motion but seas were mostly calm, No issues with soot or smoke. Quiet location. Read entire member review >>
Not too far from elevator, good for 2 people, a little tight for 4. If you are a family of 4, try to get a room with pullman beds, it might be easier to et to the baclcony after turn down. Read entire member review >>
