We had a great experience on Celebrity a few years back, so with the south western itinerary offered, it was a good choice.

Overall the crew were excellent, we chose the all included option which was a good choice. Crew friendly, cabin steward was ok, but some days we didn't get the daily itinerary and there were no complimentary shopping bags or room service menu to fill in if we did want it. Had signed up for a 4 class barre package Friday before departure. When arrived friends went to spa and was told they were cancelled. I expected to automatically get a refund, not so. Waited 7 days and I had to go to request a refund. Poor customer service.

The cruise was great, but there were a couple of downsides. The food, room and entertainment were excellent. However, we felt that the amenities were a cut below Royal Caribbean. We are going on a RCCL cruise in April so we will be able to see which one is best after the pandemic. I was surprised that Celebrity added a $17+ charge for lobster dinner. This was always free.
