As I said before, I was a bit wary of being in an inside cabin, as I had always been in a balcony cabin and enjoyed the view from the balcony. I thought I was going to miss it . To my surprise and delight, the cabin was spacious, light and had plenty of storage space.
The bathroom was really well situated and also had tons of storage space.
The beds were very comfortable and some mornings, I didn't feel like getting up. But because we didn't have the balcony we were up and out every morning early. Which was terrific and started our day well.
Even when we split the beds there was enough room to walk and we didn't knock ourselves or anything else.
Our cabin Steward Jason was fantastic, he kept our room spotless and all we had to do was ask him for anything and it was there the same day. He was pleasant and helped to make this trip so enjoyable. He made sure we had all the towels we needed and even left the swimming towels for us. Read entire member review >>
First time in an interior cabin (have previously had Balcony, Concierge, and Aqua Class cabins). The room was just as spacious. Location of this room is great - close to elevators and close to upper decks but with cabins both above and below it it was very quiet. This cabin is quite far forward on the ship so we did feel some motion but nothing that affected us in any way. Some vibrations experienced when docking in the morning but overall a great cabin and very, very quiet. Read entire member review >>
Slightly forward of forward elevators on inside corridor. Website photos accurately represent accommodations and layout, except ours had couch closer to door with bed head on rear wall. Very quiet and smooth with respect to external noises (from corridor and decks above and below) and engine-induced vibrations (10 on scale of 1 - 10) . Bed fairly comfortable (7 on a scale of 1-10). Has fixed 3-person 2-cushion couch with no storage cubbies. Large modern flat screen TV faces couch in normal position, pivots from bulkhead to face bed, but only about 60 degrees (i.e., if watching TV in bed, TV screen not perpendicular to line of sight). Well appointed bathroom with plenty of storage (8 on scale of 1-10). Shower drain plugged with hair (probably from my wife and previous occupants) once while using, but was able to remove grate with no tools and clear without calling maintenance. Storage: Under bed, sliding door closet (two pull down shelves, hanging rod), desk drawers, and bed headboard. Plenty of storage for two people with 14 days worth of clothing. Cabin Steward Anil extremely attentive, professional, courteous, respectful, and helpful. Although ship relatively new, still uses antiquated "Do not disturb/please make up this room" door knob hanging cards that practical jokers sometimes switch as a prank. Read entire member review >>
Room was massive step up from RC Majesty of the Seas and bit nicer, and bit bigger than Carnival Victory. Not so many announcements in the room as Carnival (which was awful), but still too many early morning messages, especially on sea days this is unwanted! At least they should wait til 11am before a 15 minute message on some sale where I can buy a tat watch for $20. Bathroom nice, some towels surprisingly tatty and frayed.Good location away from noise, some of the ones on deck 3 we past must have been horrific to stay in as passageway used on port days and right near the main lobby with no closed door! Inside cabin, Celebrity Reflection. Cabin 9172. End of ship, long trip to dining. Adequate storage space, but barely. Must used storage cabinets over bed. This over-bed storage is high, and may not be easily accessible for shorter
passengers. Large, functional bathroom with more storage than typical in
cruise ships. Cabin quiet, well designed, with large flat-screen TV. Close
to elevators. Read entire member review >>
We had an inside stateroom on Deck 8 forward. Since the room is located on the middle corridor and accessed from the port-side corridor, it's somewhat tucked away and thus fairly quiet. Plus, we were forward, so there were no activities near us and no engine noise either. The closet was smallish, but there was room under the bed for luggage and 3 deep desk drawers that could easily serve as hampers. The storage space above the bed was nice, but awkward to access. Very useful were 2 American-standard power outlets. The bathroom was fairly spacious with 3 stacked shelves for cups/toothbrushes, 3 small drawers for odds/ends, and a small collection of convenince items, including Q-tips. The shower was instantly hot and encased in curved shower doors. Read entire member review >>
