We enjoyed the variety of ports- history, Panama Canal, Cartagena, Costa Rica rainforest and Cozumel! Great ship and service Good food on board... only negative was QSine- tiny portions, waste of money- heard the original format was excellent! The Costa Maya port was not good.. village just for cruise ships- better to be 2 nights in Cartagena or different place. Dora De Explorer the ...

The cruise would have been even better had I not gotten a severe upper respiratory infection on the 8th day of the cruise! Our Concierge cabin was standard and adequate. Loved sitting out on the veranda reading! Our Steward, Felix, was very helpful and on top of things. We had an easy embarkation and a nice lunch in the Opus Dining Room before being allowed in our cabins. As with last year's ...

Chose this trip because of the itinerary, cruised with Celebrity twice before and had previously enjoyed the whole experience. There were 4 adults travelling. Spent two days in Miami beforehand. Our friends ran the half marathon and we all explored the area later. Arrived by taxi at the port, the taxi driver took our cases out of the taxi and a staff member moved the cases onto the path ...

We picked this cruise in 2017, and booked on last cruise as we had been to Antarctica and thought the Chilean fjords and around the Horn sounded great. Picked our tours on line, had our special C1 stateroom, over wake, and looking forward to cruise. Found out after final payment--our stateroom cost dropped almost to 1/2 our price--Celebrity was not easy to deal with-got a couple perks??? Then ...

This cruise provided an excellent introduction to South America, its wild life.

Having cruised across many different venues, this cruise offered something different in an area of the world we had not yet explored. Going in January meant it was summer but the weather was a bit colder than many people expected. We brought the right clothing but some must have expected beach weather. As always, Celebrity's service, food, entertainment and ambiancwe were great. They had many ...

Poor customer relations, poor facilities for toddlers.

Terrible customer service from concierge desk and customer relations manager. Kids club very unaccomodating and there’s nothing else for young kids to do on board other than swim, which given the cold wasn’t possible a lot of the days. I wouldn’t recommend this ship for anyone with children. Waiters were amazingly friendly and helpful throughout. Manager from kids club is in the wrong type of ...

Pleasantly Surprised

The itinerary was appealing so we jumped on a deal even though we had just returned from another cruise. This was our first experience on Celebrity, a cruise line that one of my golfing buddies uses exclusively. My overall experience was quite good and actually, better than expected. We had done a few cruises with the "foodie" cruise line so had modest expectations for the food on Celebrity. We ...

Chose this cruise for the ship and the itinerary. We were on this ship when it was new. Ship seems very much the same. Ship was clean and rooms were spotless. Food was mediocre in the main dining room not due to the menu but perhaps with poor quality meats, with a few exceptions and Murano was wonderful. We ate in Murano 5 nights and it never disappointed. The ports were very boring and long ...

Please do read this. Many people on this planet speak more than one language. Many speak or understand English. Not most of English speakers could save their lives if it depended on a language other than their own. Before going into detail as of the amenities and efficiency, I need to address the SAFETY ISSUE. The safety drill was solely conducted in English (more than 50% of the passangers ...
