We flew into Abu Dhabi for a 2 night stay before the cruise to Rome through the Suez Canal.
We had an ocean view and thoroughly enjoyed the stateroom. We enjoyed the facilities on the ship. The entertainment in the theatre was good to excellent. I suppose it depends what your personal preferences are.

This cruise was selected since itinerary was good and previous Celebrity Cruise had been satisfactory.
Do not book AIR with Celebrity. Celebrity staff are not trained and Celebrity only provide a bulk purchase AIR booking....don't look for any meaningful help.
Also don't expect customer oriented resolution with after cruise issues.
