Our first cruise experience, we were looking for a relaxing holiday, excellent food, an interesting itinerary, activities to keep our 14 year old son happy, and a great way to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary.
The ship is amazing! The service from all staff was fabulous in t e staeroom, dining room, bars and security. If only Guest Relations were as good! We had a small problem with ...
This was return to the Reflection for us, and a first time for our friends. We had also booked Aqua Class cabins for the first time, so were excited to see if the experience lived up to everything we had been told it would be.
We had travelled straight from the airport to the ship, in an independent transfer. Arrival at the port and embarkation was well organised, with no real lines and it ...
Celebrity recommended by relative. Dates matched our holiday window. Itinerary was exactly what we wanted.
The reality exceeded our best expectations. From airport to ship and return was expertly handled. Luggage taken from us at airport and appeared in our stateroom without any effort on our part!. Every moment we spent on board this luxurious floating palace was delightful. Our concierge ...
We last sailed on Reflection five years ago so knew what to expect and we had done the Italy and Greek islands itinerary a few times before. Malta was the exception and one of the reasons why we went back to Celebrity instead of our preferred line Princess.
We were pleased to find the ship in very good condition as it was relatively new when we first cruised aboard it. The officers and crew we ...
We went as a family of 6 and had a terrific holiday! The ship itself is one of our favourites, my parents have sailed this ship 6 times. Our cabin (1097) was perfect, our room attendant Romeo was very polite and efficient. Cleanliness was 10/10, we also noticed the cabins had had a revamp, new bedding etc which it sorely needed, so this was a plus!
The Oceanview Restaurant is busy (to be ...
Had 3 nights in Rome before Boarding the ship at Civicevechia by the new terminal which was very smooth and pleasant. Have been on Celebrity Cruises for 6 years now. The ships are modern and comfortable. This was a great cruise. Had a British cruise director Lewis who was great, young and full of energy. Loved the new outdoor screen showing films and sport on the lawn. The shows were ...
Everything you read in the brochure is spot on - it really is a luxury floating hotel.
There were incredible places to visit, whilst travelling in luxury, eating and drinking like a king. The service throughout the ship is first rate, all staff were so friendly and helpful. The ship was spotless and unlike what some may think, there are always places to find peace and quiet. The choice of ...
we choice this cruise because celebrity was recommended as the best company to cruise with. We had been thinking of cruising for a few years and checked with a few others; plus with our Oasis travel agent in Bangor NI. We could not fault the dinning room staff Orvile Kevin and Luis. They took really good care of us and Luis had us a different wine picked out each evening going by what was on the ...
If there is a downfall with the cruise it is the standard of dress of an evening. Even though the dress code in the brochure does say jeans are OK my wife and myself think people are taking this too far by being too casual. Trousers for men should be the norm not jeans as should trousers or skirts/dresses for the ladies. Too easy for standards to drop. Chic nights were also very lax with not many ...
We chose this cruise because of the number of nights, 11 is better than ten and seems almost like a two week holiday by the time you get back home. We like the mediterranean In July it's always super calm. well it has been for us. The Celebrity organisation from the booking, the embarkation and disembarkation is very slick. It's exciting to be on board with so much on offer, we enjoyed all the ...
