Too many kids

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Reflection

This was our third time sailing on The Reflection. It’s a lovely ship and in good condition ( except for a tattered vanity chair in our cabin). Our balcony cabin was conveniently located midship near elevators. The Western Mediterranean itinerary was very nice. There were two sea days which we spent in the air conditioned indoor pool area. Weather was extremely hot in every port. We dined each ...

Too many children!

We chose this cruise because of the itinerary. Great ports. However, there were over 600 children on this cruise. They took over many of the public areas especially the pools. The older children (teenagers) were allowed in the adult only area pool and they took over much of that space. It was very difficult to relax. Felt like we were on a Disney cruise! Very disappointing! Food and entertainment ...

Cruise Ship Celebrity X Reflection. In summary a wonderful cruise. We would recommend Celebrity to anyone looking for a good value all round cruise. On the positive side - amazing ship with incredible staff and facilities. Food and drink were excellent. Room for improvement - keep kids in control (especially at pool side), Expensive overpriced extras e.g. trips are twice the price ...

Nightmare from Beginning to End

As soon as I landed in Italy the holiday was a nightmare. My luggage hadn't arrived with me, it was still in Amsterdam (Connection flight). Then didn't know if I was going to get on the bus to take me to the ship as they didnt have my name as I was a staff members guest so they had to contact the ship to confirm the staff member (my boyfriend) on the ship that I was there to see. Then had to wait ...

We were wanting to take a Mediterranean cruise and since I am a teacher, the summer months were the best for us. We compared other cruise lines but preferred the ports and the length of time in each port that the Celebrity Constellation had to offer. The ship is attractive, well designed and not too large. There were always places you go go for some quiet away time, if you wanted. The pools ...

Disappointed

This was our third cruise with Celebrity. It was a disappointment at all levels . It was a big step down from our experience from two years ago with Celebrity Equinox. This was a Mediterranean cruise . It was no entertainment on deck in the evening. It was no fitness or other outdoor activities like the previous Celebrity cruise. It was a lack of service and amenities. It was also a big ...

Really enjoyed this short cruise from Barcelona to Venice as Part of a longer holiday in Spain and Italy. Had a balcony cabin on deck 7 which had been recently refurbished and was very nice comparing well with our Aqua Class cabin on Eclipse the previous year. The cabin steward was friendly and helpful as were all the crew we encountered. Having been spoilt by the Blu restaurant we did ...

There were four adults in our party. We chose the Jet Set Sail for the second time because we knew it would be an excellent start to our holiday, we were not disappointed, it was just as we remembered....& we will definitely do it again. Embarkation was smooth & we were pleased with our cabin which was kept very clean by our cabin steward throughout the holiday, a friendly young man. It was ...

This was our 2nd trip on this ship and the food was still amazing. It didn’t matter whether you ate in the buffet or main dining room the food was fantastic in both. Cabin was lovely with a nice balcony. Towels changed twice a day and cabin kept very clean and tidy by our steward. We travelled with another couple and our bookings were linked so we could eat together every evening. The service ...

50th Anniversary with our family

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Reflection

We chose this cruise to celebrate our 50th anniversary and introduce our kids and grandkids to their Italian and Greek heritage first hand. They were all impressed with the quality of the service and food, the comfort of their stateroom, and were excited to see the sights which, until then, they had only read about or seen in movies and on TV. Our kids and our grandkids, even the younger ...
