Ship was very clean in toilet areas The cleaners were very firendly.
Bar staff and pool bar staff generally miserable apart from a couple.
Everywhere lack of seating. If wanted to go for a cofee/tea in one of the lounges couldn't get a seat.
Also same with the bars, stood around trying to grab some chairs.
Food ok in main restaurants, up in the general cafe eating area on deck 14 ...

Enjoyed the cruise destinations & the ship was excellent. 120,000t so plenty of space despite lots of passengers. Facilities were excellent with lots to do.
Staff are excellent, all were cheerful, polite & helpful. Food was of a high standard & I'd say there is no need to pay extra for speciality dining imo. Breakfast is very busy at the buffet so go early to avoid seating ...

Firstly, the ship itself is lovely, very clean, well laid out, easily accessible and lots of different activities going on. Always attendants around with hand washing gel.

We chose this cruise purely on the port destinations however we were surprised and delighted with the quality of the entertainment and facilities on board.
Guest relations/Customer Service was excellent.

Just back off a 14 night cruise in the Baltic on Silhouette with our 15-yr-old son. This was a fantastic itinerary and all of the ports were lovely. Silhouette is a great ship with a variety of spaces to suit every taste and mood. Our favourite spots were the Martini Bar, the comfy sofa beds in the shade on the pool deck and Cafe al Bacio on deck 5.
