Trans-Atlantic and Western Mediterranean

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Celebrity Infinity

We boarded the ship in Ft Lauderdale and it was quick and easy. Our Concierge Cabin mid-ship on Deck 8 was a reasonable size, clean and comfortable with plenty of storage for our clothes and luggage. Our cabin steward, as usual, provided excellent service. The Atlantic crossing was so smooth you really didn't know you were moving. We enjoyed the cruise but feel some things are definitely ...

Amazing TransAtlantic Cruise

This itinerary suited us. We had been wanting to do a crossing and we used to live in the Azores, so it was perfect for us. We were not sure how we would feel about six days at sea, but they were awesome. The ship was clean, crew everywhere taking care of things. Never had to wait for a drink or any other service. The crew at the coffee bar were especially nice, and hard working. We tried ...

We have sailed Celebrity many times as well as other lines. Embarkation- SLOW. Priority included so many, plus AQ etc. There were over 900 Elites and above on this sailing. So everyone had priority. Took about 45 min. Stateroom 1141 - AFT facing the wake on 11. Overlooks the sunset bar. (1 of 5) Oversized balcony is lovely. Under the overhang you cannot be seen from below or above. Once ...

Great TA Cruise and wonderful Spanish and Portuguese Ports

We picked this cruise as we had never been on a transatlantic cruise. The price was terrific. And we loved the itinerary. The crossing was very smooth, except for one day in between Madeira and Lisbon. When I say smooth, the ocean was like glass. This was terrific for us to do some sunbathing. There wasn’t a problem finding a deck chair ever. Infinity is an older ship, due to be ...

Folks have already written about different aspects of this 14 night cruise so I want to highlight just two- the very FUN Activities team headed by Brittany (sp? I hope right), and the wide variety of live entertainment My wife, Sue, and I are PARTICIPATORS; we dance, we play every trivia, attend every game and contest and see every single live entertainment that is offered. Heck, we want to get ...

We just completed a seven day cruise on the Celebrity Edge and the ship was amazing! The staff provided a high level of professionalism while making every moment a personal experience. After reading negative comments we weren’t sure what our personal outtake would be, however from beginning to end this was a perfect vacation! There were eight of us traveling from all parts of the US. Some were ...

My husband and adult daughter cruised on the April 21st sailing. The new terminal in Ft. Lauderdale is beautiful and getting on board was a breeze. The ship is unique, not my style but beautiful. Some positives: Really like the infinite balcony, I was so apprehensive after reading reviews. It made the room feel so much bigger with three of us. We opened the top of the window often, not sure ...

What an awesome cruise on board the Celebrity Edge! We really loved this ship, the food, the staff etc. If you're not sure-book it now, it's worth every penny and even more! You'll be wowed every day on this ship with something new. The Edge has vaulted to the top of our list just behind the MCS Seaside. Love my infinite balcony with bed near balcony! As a usual some Tips from us: You don't ...

So we did b2b, this was cruise number 11 on X. We are in late 30- and like celebrity. We like good food, shows and service. We prefer that it is activity’s but not to much and that there is not to many children. When we go on holiday, we like it to be a calm and relaxed atmosphere. We go early to bed, so late night party is not our thing. We have tried different cruise lines but the ...

After reading so many negatives about sailing on the Edge, prior to our cruise, when I returned I felt it was necessary to tell some of the positives of this beautiful new ship. The embarkation was an absolute breeze. You do have a little hike after dropping off your luggage if you are parking a car in the parking garage. That said, the process of getting onboard was the fastest we have ...
