We chose this cruise as a quick way to get away to some warm weather. While the weather was clearly not Celebrity's doing, the experience was somewhat lacking. I actually won this cruise in a sweepstakes giveaway. The ship was very well maintained and clean. All ship staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. Decor of the ship wasn't very good. We chose this cruise for the ship and the itinerary. Going into we knew she was old, however five months prior we were on the Infinity for a seven days cruise. It was excellent. So we went into it with all positives. Mistake. From no varletry in food nor wine to short staff.

Celebrity is one of the cruise lines that I enjoy. It is one that tends to have fewer children and a more elevated, sophisticated experience. Silhouette didn't disappoint.
