Close by, my birthday and value was the reason for choosing this cruise to Cabo.
We have enjoyed this class of ship and Celebrity in general before- pre covid.Times have changed - the food was just terrible. It didn't make any difference where or when you ate, it was all the same problem.
Bottom line, it is clear they have cut the food budget. Think they were getting complaints at sea on ...
DON’T GO ON THIS CRUISE!!!
I have been on 20 cruises, most of the on Celebrity, including 5 on Equinox. Decided to go on Equinox again, but this was by far the worse cruise experience I ever had.
It started by them delaying embarkation, due to them having few prior cruise passengers getting sick with vomiting and diarrhea. While I understood that they needed extra time to clean the ship, ...
We have cruised on multiple cruise lines and were very surprised and pleased with Celebrity this year. Most cruise lines are moving toward add-ons of upscale dining packages, drink packages, photography packages, etc. Celebrity did not pressure anyone at anytime to purchase additional packages and we found this very comfortable. It was available for you to choose, but no one taking pictures at ...
This was one of our best cruises to date, because we love the ship and the itinerary is about as good as you can get in the Caribbean (Grand Cayman, Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao). The service on Equinox is top notch and some of the best on any cruise line you will find. The Equinox is a somewhat older ship without a lot of bells and whistles. But it is an elegant ship and laid out well. We had 2700 ...
Pro: We were happy with the ports of call on this cruise and prefer to take cruises longer than 7 days. The ship had some updates; muster was smooth, new carpet, key tap to your room. People on board are the best. Casino dealers, room attendants, servers, cleaners were polite, respectful and a joy to deal with.
Con: only 1 and that is the food. Did not visit the dining lounge so can't speak ...
We've cruised more that ten times on Celebrity ships.
A few noteworthy items. We got locked into our stateroom one morning because the door's locking mechanism under the handle refused to turn, so we called for help on the phone and explained clearly what the problem was. 15 minutes later, our phone rings and a staff member tells us, "I'm outside your door. I understand you have a problem ...
We just returned from a 10 night southern Caribbean cruise on the Celebrity Constellation out of Tampa. The following is a detailed chronology of the issues we encountered on our cruise.
Day 1:
We understood that there were issues on the previous cruise which caused a delay due to extra sanitation measures.
Once on board none of the staff on board has given us a correct answer. Asked for ...

Celebrity Constellation 3-17-23
Friday, March 17 – St Patrick’s day & embarkation at Port of Tampa:
The day before embarkation we received ‘urgent messages’ that embarkation would be delayed until 12:00 due to Norovirus on the prior cruise. So, our 11:00 assigned time became 12:00. Not ...
We pick this cruise because it is a Charter Music Cruise which can't be beat!! But I will focus on the ship itself. We had a Conscierge Suite (3rd time) & we do like it. The bathroom is updated with a glass enclosed decent shower & vanity. Our room steward gave us excellent service & kept the room spotless....we seldom saw him. The balcony is quite small but easily sat two people out there. We ate ...
We'd been sooo looking forward to this cruise cuz of the entertainment, "Fingers Felder" headlining, lotsa others like Moody Blues John Lodge & Jon Davison (John Jr I called him), The Orchestra dong ELO, etc. Those 3 were great, but not as easy to meet & greet AS HOPED. You pay a lotta $$$ to see these stars. Queen Nation was wonderful to hear & also to get autographs & pics with, John Lodge did ...
