We chose this company as we hoped to get everything at level 5*. But unfortunately, our hopes were not realized. In the future, we are unlikely to choose a cruise with this company.
Pros: the ship is new, beautiful, and comfortable. The cabins are spacious. Staff is well prepared. Cleaning of cabins and service in the main dining room at the proper level.

Pros:
Great ship, comfortable rooms, very friendly and acccomodating staff. Celebrity does a tremendous job of keeping all areas of the ship clean at all times. Food was quite good in the main dining as well as the buffet. We enjoyed almost all aspects of the onboard experiences.

This was our third cruise on the Eclipse and enjoyed it immensely. For some reason the Celebrity product can be different from ship to ship. The Eclipse is our favorite. We arrived in Dublin the day before the cruise and because my wife uses a portable oxygen concentrator, we basically just rested from traveling.
