Cabin attendant Neves an excellent ambassador for Celebrity cruises - he was always helpful, friendly, knowleadgeable and available when needed.
Cabin was very neat, spacious (if compaired to Infinity) for three adult ladies. Third bed was very, very good. Read entire member review >>
Our room steward Fransisco was superb. Our room was always kept exceptionally clean.
We felt we had enough storage, one complaint is it would be nice to have a stool with the chair on the balcony to rest your feet. Read entire member review >>
Adequate room with good storage, especially in the bathroom. Showers were a little larger than the RC mega ship we previously sailed on. Cleanliness and turn down service with daily ice deliveries was great. Read entire member review >>
The pillows were very hard, but the room steward brought several others, so that we could chose. The beds were sufficiently high that suit cases fit underneath. The TV had very few channel choices, and seemed to show the same episodes repeatedly. Read entire member review >>
Very nice but lacked storage . Only had five small drawers to put your clothes in. It did have overhead storage over the bed but you had to climb on the bed to get to it.
Room Always clean great steward. Read entire member review >>
Good location forward of front elevators. Couch is near the slider. We also had 8137-bed near slider. Not possible to tell from schematic if doors were next to each other in the alcove of two doors- would have been a bit more conventient. We opend the balcony partition and went back and forth that way. Would like a cord in shower to hang bathing suits. Hair products ok. Had to ask for qtips. There is now one steward who has fewer rooms. Noise issue settled quickly by ship security. Read entire member review >>
We didn't really use the veranda, mostly to check the temperature outside. The cabin was very quiet, midway between the two elevator areas. We had the adjoining configuration and the hallway doors were open. The cabin had many closets and cubbies we didn't even use. Our suitcases fit under the bed (A CC suggestion.) We brought our magnets and they came in quite handy to keep our paperwork in control and clipped to the wall instead of getting lost on the desk (Another CC suggestion.) The cabin steward and assistant were super. They were always busy and raced to open our door before we could get to it. We heard a rumor that X was changing the cabin staff to just one Attendant per cabin. Hopefully, they will also lower the number of cabins each attendant needs to clean. Will that change the gratuities we pay or they receive? Himmm. The Internet speed improved when I moved my Kindle to a few inches from the cabin door despite there being a Cisco wireless unit a few doors away. The solid shower doors made the shower compartment spacious. We had more clothes hangars than we could use. The provided pillows were quite flat so we asked for contour pillows, which were much better. Read entire member review >>

Nice cabin with sufficient space for two but might be crowded with more. Bathrooms laid out well with lots of storage. Same can be said for the cabin, no lack of storage. Reclining chairs on veranda were nice although space is relatively limited. Only negative to cabin was its forward location and distance from elevator and dining options (that are basically aft). This was the first cabin we’ve had that the thermostat didn’t need to be set at maximum cold. The cabin was very quiet. Even the privacy panels on the balcony were quiet. We had no problem with the interactive TV, although it would have been nice if they had CNN Headline News. They did have Fox and MSNBC, along with BBC News, TNT and ESPN. There are various 4-page newspapers at the Guest Services Desk for many different countries. We rarely saw the two cabin attendants. The cabin was large enough that we didn’t need to use several storage locations. The suitcases fit under the bed. Along with the bathrobes, they also provided an umbrella, safe, stocked lockable fridge and munchies that are quite expensive. Our luggage arrived soon after the muster drill.
We’d been stung before with a cabin that had a connecting door that let the sound of the neighbors through. The Equinox has changed that. All cabin doors to the hallway are actually set back a few feet from the hallway. The connecting cabins have an extra set of doors that are flush with the hallway. If you want connecting, you close those doors. If you don’t want connecting, the flush doors remain open all the time, and you have a cabin like everyone else does. Read entire member review >>
Good location .Quick to the elevator . Good sized standard balcony .Refrigerator .Bathroom not spacious , good shower .They supply shampoo and conditioner . Beds were good . Not many electrical outlets , only at the desk near TV . Decent TV . CNBC , MSNBC, FOX ,(for you Obama haters) SKY News , BBC and some free movies . Two man room crew were fast , friendly and very efficient . Read entire member review >>
Cabin was very clean. Very nice to have the ocean view veranda. Nice to sit outside just watching as you leave port or for a quiet moment. Room was serviced twice daily so supplies always replaced before you even required them. Read entire member review >>
We were very happy with our room. The balcony was under the bridge but that didn't block our view or cause any problems. We were a little concerned about motion since we were at the very front of the boat. No problem at all. Nice room! Read entire member review >>
Great balcony because we opened the space to our friends next door. If you are traveling with friends/family, be sure to ask the steward to open up the balcony. It makes SUCH a difference. Read entire member review >>
The cabin as very much amidship. Clean and quiet but suffers from the same thing on most Solstice class ships in that the storage space is limited. The wasroom is great with a wonderful shower. Read entire member review >>
Thinnest walls on any ship we have been on; often heard our neighbors on both sides
Deck on balcony was always wet
The bed was made too tight; we had to pull out the sheets out of the end of the bed
Not far from the aft elevator bank
Finding room for all of our stuff was a challenge
Was fun to lie in bed with the curtains open and watch the ocean slide by Read entire member review >>
Interesting location - not too far from the forward elevators/stairs (great for the theater), but really far from the aft elevators/stairs (terrible for food). The bed is closer to the balcony (vs some cabins, the couch is closer). Read entire member review >>
Our cabin was a standard veranda cabin. The bed and linens were comfy and we slept well. We liked the sofa because all 4 of us could visit in one cabin. Although the cabin was near the elevators, it was very quiet and we heard no noise once we closed our door. The bathroom was especially nice, larger than I'm used to, with great storage and a nice shower with a door. The balcony furniture is teak. The chairs recline and there is a small table. The veranda wasn't huge, but it was big enough and we enjoyed sitting out there. The television offered some up to date movies on demand, some free and some were pay per view. Many good choices. The mini bar was stocked. There were enough electrical outlets for our needs. Our cabins (6133 & 6135) adjoined in the hallway, but we didn't use it. Instead we had our balcony partition opened by the room steward. Deck 5 underneath our balcony was a designated smoking area. Occasionally we got a sniff of smoke, but not too bad. We had an outside balcony.
Plenty of space and well designed. Always cleaned thoroughly. Shower area more space than other ships. Bed perfect and aircon efficient. TV information and programs better than other cruise companies and accomodates most languages. Wardrobe size more than adequate and sound proofing from exterior noises from next door or hallway improved. Whether or not its a British thing but a kettle in the room could be included as bit of a walk to restaurant/drinks area for a brew in your room. Can use room service but brought our own travel kettle as not listed in room inventory. Read entire member review >>
