Ill designed with overhead cupboards accessible only by standing on the bed! Wardrobe half obscured by settee or third bed. 4 small drawers on dressing table totally inadequate. Read entire member review >>
Largest inside cabin we've ever had. Very spacious; bathroom was spacious too.
Plenty of space on sides of bed & loved the curved mattress - good idea.
Never saw our steward so didn't leave a tip. Cabin was always kept clean & tidy. Read entire member review >>
We had an inside stateroom on deck 9. The cabin was larger than expected because of an armchair instand of a Couch. Very Nice because we only use the cabin during night!
The bathroom was also very spacious and the shower cubicle instead of a curtain was luxury.
The only thing that was disappointing was that they didn't provide you shower gel but only a piece of soap. The shower gel is for suite guests only. Incomprehensible for such a cheap toiletry.
In the cabin the storage capacity was a little low and the closet above the bed was a bit inconvenient, especially for elderly people who were in the majority.
All in all these are just minor negatives and our attendants made up for it. Clyde and Brenton did a really great job and they were always around to fulfill our wishes. Read entire member review >>
The cabinThe cabins were ready at 1:30pm and we got all of our luggage by 3:30. The staterooms were in good repair with no noticeable wear and tear. We met our 2 stateroom Attendants, Julio Cesar Gonzalez Murcia and his Assistant Prasan Chodankar and I conveyed our needs and our normal schedule. I asked Julio for an extension cord so we could plug in the scooter and we had it delivered in 15 minutes. The lighting controls for the room were not explained to us. It took me 4-5 days to figure out how to turn off the overhead lights from the switch by the bed.The cabin was quite with the exception of hearing the phone ring from the cabin next door for their 6 am wake up call.I remember reading that Celebrity does not do the chocolates on the pillows at the evening turn down. We got chocolates about every other night. The shower drain ran a bit slow causing a bit of a flood in the bathroom when I took a long hot shower.Something I had never seen before on Celebrity was a plastic basket of crackers and candies with a note stating that if you open the package even if you do not consume it you will be charged $5 for each pack opened. I put them in the closet to remove the temptation. The Do not Disturb sign would not stay on the outside handle causing a few courtesy knocks from Julio and Prasan. I am blind as a bat and it was hard to tell what direction the temperature control should be turned for hot or cold. The auto opening doors in the handicap cabin make things a lot easier but you have to wait a minute or so for the door to close completely before you leave. Read entire member review >>
Quiet location, the largest inside that we have had. Good bathroom with nice amount of space. Small drawers for you smalls, with only two cupboards above the bed for the rest of the non hangerbles... fine if you are tall. Not a lot of space on the vanity units and only the one chair. It seems a lot of space not used. Tea and coffee making which was topped up daily, but with that long life milk. Nice choice in the mini bar if thats your thing, but again expensive way to do it. Hair dryer was ok. Ample space under the beds for the empty luggage cases. Read entire member review >>
Absolutely nothing wrong with the cabin itself. They are all basically the same. The location was good except going to the dining room is a long walk. Which is not always a bad thing. The real problem is Noise. Coming from the theater each afternoon as they practice for the shows. It was amazing loud. No afternoon napping in this cabin. It would seem that when they practice that they could at least lower the sound level a bit. I assume all of the inside cabins in this area heard this but our friends in balcony cabins on either side did not. Read entire member review >>
We had stateroom 9260, which was a great size - more akin to a hotel room. We had no problems with storage, although we were only on an 8-night cruise - a longer cruise may have caused problems. Plenty of room to move about the cabin, very quiet location (next to the card room) and well-situated for amenities above and below. A lovely room. Read entire member review >>
We were in cabin 9260 which is about midship on Deck 9 and a Category 9 inside cabin. It was beautifully done, spacious, and we enjoyed it. It lacks shelves for laying things - there is a bureau with 4 drawers that are decent size and over the bed shelving - but that is really all. There are tiny drawers in the bathroom and there are only hooks on the bathroom door, in the shower, and by the cabin door - there is space for more. There is a dressing table with a shallow drawer that held the hair dryer, and the keyboard for the television.
The television is interactive - great! It was VERY quiet there - and we enjoyed the location. Would book that area again. Read entire member review >>
The biggest and best cabin we have ever had on a cruise. We are used to sleeping in narrow, uncomfortable, twin sized beds on cruises and having tiny bathrooms. This cabin was was spacious and well appointed. We had plenty of closet and drawer space. The bathroom was roomy with well-designed storage spaces and counter tops. Our room was very quiet, so that if I needed to "get away from it all", I could go in, get under the covers and read, watch TV. or turn off the lights and snooze! We appreciated the flat screen TV. We might wish for a better variety of channels (and movies), but we don't normally come on cruises to spend a lot of time watching TV. Read entire member review >>
We had an inside cabin and we were pleased with how spacious the cabin was. The cabin has the same square footage as some balconies so therefore the inside cabin has more room.
The room facilities were very good and you did not have the 'on top of each other' feel that some other ships cabins have. Read entire member review >>
