Cabin 7330
An excellent cabin with plenty off room for all our clothes and more than enough storage space, and always very well looked after by our steward.

Cabin 6204
We had a 2D obstructed view balcony (Cabin #6204) mid-ship on the starboard side near the atrium elevators. In that category, the larger lifeboats block the view directly down to the water, but you can see the ocean and shore beyond them. At that location, we didn’t smell any smoke as that area was on Deck 5 on the port side. The cabin was comfortable and well designed. There aren’t many drawers, but there’s enough storage in the closet and in the hinged bins above the bed. There were lots of channels on the flat-screen TV including MSNBC, CNBC, TBS, TNT, BBC, Skynews, etc. Our cabin was extremely quiet. We hardly ever heard our neighbors unless they were talking on their adjacent balcony. We were in the cabin many times when we left a port or arrived in the next one and we never knew the ship was moving or stopped. On the final morning, I woke up at about 6:00 am to see an orange glow so I got my camera to take a picture of the sunrise. When I opened the curtain, it was coming from a halogen light stand where we were docked at the Port of Miami! Our cabin attendant, Blasido, did an excellent job figuring out when he could refresh our cabin since our hours varied over the course of the cruise. He was available when needed, but also almost invisible which is what we like. Our cabin was always perfectly clean and made up without us having to request that anything be done.

Cabin 6180
This cabin was the same size as the Concierge cabin we had earlier this year, but our balcony was obstructed by half of one of the larger lifeboats and its stanchion, which is as high as the balcony rail and a little of one of the smaller lifeboats, with a space between them where I could look down to th sea. Apparently this cabin has a little better visibility than the one next door because of the gap between lifeboats. Wardrobe space is adequate for 2 weeks, including formal wear. 5 small drawers really encourage you to use the over-bed cupboards for underwear and accessories. Bathroom spacious, excellent storage, shower with doors great.

Cabin 6259
Cabin was absolutely fine and kept immaculate. No shower gell standard but I asked our attendent and he got us some. We had booked a "restricted" view which meant we were above the life boats. For this cruise it didnt matter at all as we had a good view of everything we wanted. We are hoping to go to Alaska next year and I wouldnt book it for a cruise like that where the view is really what you're going for but for a city cruise it asnt worth paying the extra.

Transatlantic; Loved It wendychloecruiser
The bed was positioned against the window. The mothers were in cabin 6189. A nice thing about our cabin was that despite it being on deck six, the cabin view was positioned in between two life boats that improved the view significantly.

Cabin 7306

Our cabin was a typical veranda cabin. There was nothing exceptionally good or bad about it. We did enjoy it as well as time on the balcony.

Cabin 6207

Boarded about 1pm and went directly to our stateroom, 6207 which is a partially obstructed balcony cabin. The obstruction was a bit more than we expected with over half the view from the balcony covered by a lifeboat. Other than that, this stateroom was great, clean and well laid out. The overbed cabinets were roomy but a bit difficult for short people to reach without climbing on the bed. Loved the bathroom with glass enclosed shower and plenty of storage.
Staff: Our stateroom stewards could not have been better, always keeping our room clean and orderly and always ready to assist. The first day we asked that our refrigerator be emptied so we could use the space for our own midnight snacks, sodas, and ice. There was also plenty of storage under bed for suitcases to be out of sight.

Eclipse disappoints cooljoolsr

Cabin 6193 port side midships
Good position on ship as near to everything.
Restricted view means in this case that if you sit down on the balcony chairs you are looking at the top section of a lifeboat not the view. Not a problem if you are standing, though the very top does intrude into all your photos even if standing.

Cabin 6210

Near elevator but not noisy. Listed as fully-obstructed view, but we could easily see over the life boat, but not directly down to the water. Not much closet space and no shelves for clothes anywhere except for a cabinet over the bed. Very limited drawer space.

Cabin 9267
Excellent location - we were always on the 'right' side of the ship as we pulled into port! We never heard any outside noise. Roomy living area and bathroom (especially shower). No tub, just a great shower stall (not a problem for us). We both complained about the bathroom sink, for different reasons. My husband didn't like how high the faucet was (he likes to put his face near the sink to splash/rinse). I didn't like how small it was and that it didn't really hold water (I did some laundry during the cruise using Woolite). Great TV and channel selection! Small complaint that the foot of the bed was 'rounded' - my husband is 6'2" and his right foot would hang off the bed because of the shape of the foot. But the bed was very comfortable otherwise (I slept great during the cruise!). Plenty of storage/closet space between the closet, drawers, overhead, and underbed.

Cabin 6185
Very pleased with our stateroom. Plenty of storage area and quite spacious. Probably one of the best bathrooms on a cruise ship that we have ever experienced. What a pleasure to get a real shower door as opposed to one of those awful shower curtains that just attacks you!!!

Cabin 7316
Cabin is well appointed, but felt small. Long and narrow with little space in passageways between furniture. Good location, quiet. Shower stall was adequate and amenities were there. Seemed like there would not be enough drawer space for longer voyages. Closets and hangers were excellent. Couch was not comfortable. Well decorate, good light and ventilation. Verandah was small but adequate.
