This was a very well located cabin. We were worried that it was near to the stairs, lifts and outside pools etc but once we closed the cabin door you couldn't hear a thing. The main cafe is above this cabin but again, no noise apart from the very last night when people were running around above us. A quick call to guest relations and the noise was stopped. If you like being near to the lifts, stairs, pools and cafe, this is the perfect cabin for you. If we sailed with this ship again, we'd request the same cabin. Osman our cabin attendant and his assistant kept everything neat and tidy, we were very happy with their service. Good size cabin, bathroom and balcony. Lots of toiletries, plentiful supply of clean towels. Plus bathrobes.

Storage space was poor up to other ships we have been on. Balcony had two chairs with foot stools and a table. There was a large settee (which doubles up as a bed I think and that's why the room is smaller). Small coffee table. Wardrobe space was dreadful. Bathroom was very spacious. There was a kettle and teas and coffees which was great. Cabin staff were excellent.

Good size but cramped with all beds made up. Good size balcony. Excellent shower room. Apple TV did not work all of the time as expected. Example would only show first page of onboard account. Location 1038 is just by the lifts which was very handy and there were no noise problems.

Not a great cruise wallyspear

Cabin neat and tidy but very small. Airconditioning quite weak. Balcony good.

They need to resolve the toilets, so loud day and night flushing on your head. Ruins the cabins.

The cabin was excellent. One of the best I have been in. Balcony was a good size - comfortable for two people. Same goes for the room itself. Plenty of hanging space. Bed by the window. Sofa in the middle. Shower and toilet by the door. VERY convenient for the pool and the buffet. And, to cap it all, surprisingly quiet.

We had 9334 and 9338 - next to each other but not connected, although we did have the balcony divider removed which made it easier to hop between the two cabins. Location towards aft on starboard side - close to main lift and stairs. I like deck 9 as it is halfway between the main areas on decks 4 and 5 and the activities on decks 12, 14 and 15, so I always felt I could manage to walk 4 or 5 flights up or down. Good views pretty much unobstructed although the "hump" is a little way further foward. No problems with soot or anything else. Standard Solstice class layout - adequate storage, fairly well designed, kettle provided, minibar acting as fridge, good bathroom layout with excellent shower

We were in cabin 1078. This is a wonderful location on Deck 10. The room was so quiet. The library is on the same deck. It is also only a few along from the expensive stateroom suites. The stateroom staff are apparently among the best on the ship. We can vouch for that. Being in the middle of the ship in the event of rough weather this is the best place to be. Great balcony, lovely bathroom.

The lady who cared for our state room did a great job. She cleaned and new towels twice a day. Very pleasant.

Nice location, good balcony, bed located by the patio door, sofa near the bathroom. The only downside is that you cannot see the front of the ship because of the 'hump'

Great location near the forward elevators and very quiet. Balcony perfect size with very comfortable reclining seats, excellent port side uninterrupted ocean views. Travelling solo, but still plenty of space for two, especially hanging clothes and lots of room under the bed for storing luggage. Bathroom very neat with quality towels and toiletries and again plenty of storage space. The interactive tv is really easy to use and great for ordering room service. While the choice of free movies and tv channels is pretty good, not sure many people actually pay for movies on a cruise. One small quibble there was no way to watch major sporting events in staterooms or anywhere else on board. My stateroom attendant Jack was really helpful and kept the room in pristine condition. It was also very easy to maintain temperature with a simple dial, so much better than most hotel systems. Overall a great stateroom in a good location on deck 10, close to everything and very private.

We stayed in cabin 1299, aft section. We are, as the boards say, "aft cabin snobs" so I tried to get one close. It was quiet, we feel there is no need for anyone to be back there unless you are going to your cabin. We are two adults and had sufficient storage, balcony was large enough, but I do prefer the aft balcony.

1192 - good location for us. Very quiet, near the back of the ship. A bit of a walk to the lifts but not a problem. Liked having the tv and seating area near to the door rather than the balcony. Some rooms are the other way round. The space is the same as the others, struggled slightly for hanging space as we were there for 2 weeks but we managed.

Amazing Eclipse busyvj2
Cabin had lots of storage - plenty of hangers (and I brought a lot of dresses) - more than enough. There was always fresh towels and lots of toiletries - the shampoos and conditioners, skin cream were very nice. Balcony was lovely.

1071: Great location near forward elevators; personally felt there was plenty of storage room, and nice sized bathroom with amenities like q-tips, cotton balls, bottled shampoos & lotions. Oversized bath towels. 3134: Ov cabin mid-ship; some noise from above Deck during overnights (Crew staging area behind the shops possibly? Bathroom size and amenities same as Ce cabins except for towels.

A long way from lifts. Very comfortable, with spacious bathroom and powerful shower, with fixed screen. Not enough shelf or drawer space for clothes. Large balcony with comfortable furniture.
