This corner Aft cabin on deck 7 is fantastic! We were able to upgrade from 2A the week before we cruise for a nominal amount and were happy we did. The Veranda is HUGE. The cabin is the size of a standard hotel room. So, for just two of us we had plenty of storage and lots and lots of room to stretch out and relax. We had a pair of the best ever cabin stewards (Charly and Kevin). The worst part of this cabin is that it only comes with the very small standard bathroom. Read entire member review >>
Our room was a family veranda cabin (9156) and it was excellent. It was spacious, clean and well maintained so we were quite happy with the room. Our two cabin attendants were excellent and the room was always clean. The balcony on this room is very large and we enjoyed sitting out in the evenings and just watching the wake of the ship. There had been cabin reviews that indicated that we would be able to hear the scrapping of chairs from the restaurant/bar on the deck just above the room. Indeed we did hear the sound of chairs moving/people talking etc. early in the morning and into the evening. It was of little consequence to us. The size of the balcony more than made up for any noise and we were really happy with all aspects of the room and balcony. Read entire member review >>
Fantastic cabin for us. Plenty of room and storage even for 4 adults. We split the beds to singles and found them comfortable. The sofa beds were OK, just, for my two adult sons (19 and 23, both 6ft tall) but really more suitable for children. The mattresses were thin. I think it's possible to ask for more 'padding' but we didn't do that. I wouldn't recommend the sofabeds for anyone with back or mobility issues. The shower room was fine and we found it easy to organise use between 4 adults without difficulty. The 'private' access hall which leads in to this room made an excellent spot to step out and change clothing in privacy. Balcony huge with 2 loungers, 2 reclining chairs with 2 footstools and 2 other chairs, table for 4 and coffee table. The balcony flooring always looked a bit grubby but I think due to the nature of the nonslip material staining rather than any lack of cleaning. Read entire member review >>
The cabin is great- It's very large with a huge balcony. The views are spectacular. However, the cabin itself is a bit rundown. The two sofas feel like the lower standard of cheap hotel, but this is a family cabin so it makes sense that Celebrity would not put the best furnishings in it. Read entire member review >>
7202 is an incredibly spacious Family Veranda. Yes, the loungers are still there - we had three; although the lounge pads were quite worn and we put bath towels over them.
The bedding sags. Clearly, "X" could benefit by shopping for the Holland America standard of mattress! Read entire member review >>
